Villa with sea view and pool, beach in walking distance

Enjoy an affordable luxury vacation residence with Cinemascope views of Parikia Bay and the island capital. Our house is located on a hillside and part of the housing community „Panorama Village“. The house was built on two levels in a traditional Cycladic style with stone walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. The two double bedrooms are located on the lower level offering a pleasant temperature even in high summer. Attached is the bathroom with a washing machine. The upper level consists of the combined dining and living room including a fully equipped kitchen. The shaded front veranda offers some of the best views on Paros. Enjoy locally made Suma while the sun sets and the heat of the day retreats. Watch the ships sliding in and out of Parikia Bay. A beautiful back veranda offers additional outdoor space. Due to its location and building style our house offers relief from the heat even in hot summers and does not need any air conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The shared swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a refreshing alternative to the nearby beach of Krios. You can enjoy the fantastic views of Parikia Bay even from the pool area. There is a freshwater shower at the pool. After waking up there is time for quick morning dip in the pool before having breakfast. Then head for one of the many famous beaches on Paros. If you feel lazy, just unwind at the lovely nearby beach of Krios.

Our house can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 kids. The house is non-smoking and we do not allow pets. Heating is available in winter. The house is fully equipped. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. There is lots of space in the built-in closets to stow away all your luggae and feel comfortable. The round dining table is ideal for a nice meal at lunch or in the evening. The living-room area has been fitted with locally designed lamps that will provide you with romantic lighting, if you decide to spend the evening at home.

Panorama Village is not served by public transport. You will either need to provide your own transport or rely on the efficient taxi system.

Moving around Panorama Village 4 involves climbing a lot of steps. There is no elevator to bring luggage or groceries from the parking area to our house.

Our house does not have WiFi.

Wonderful breezy property with great views

We had a great time staying here. Ana made us feel very welcome with a good introduction to the island. Be aware that this property is not on a bus route and so you will be best to hire a car or alternatively use taxis which were very efficient.

The house of Manfred, is as describe, nice tidy and in a very nice location with the stunning view over Parioka. We have a very nice holiday in Paros and in this house. I would love to come back one day

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Häuschen, mit tollem Blick. Wir würden definitiv ein Auto empfehlen, um flexibel zu sein. Ich hatte etwas Sorgen wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage, die sich als völlig unbegründet herausgestellt haben. Da die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss liegen war es auch im Hochsommer sehr gut auszuhalten. Wir kommen wieder!

Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé! la remise des clés a été très simple malgré le retard de notre bateau, la maison est idéalement située au calme et convenait parfaitement à notre petite famille. Elle est charmante, très propre, bien décorée, on se sent chez soi. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous avons profité de la très jolie piscine, nos petits déjeuners face à la mer étaient très agréable au calme. Belle vue très dégagée. Cuisine très bien équipée. Communication parfaite avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix!!

Schöne Zeit

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen auf Paros und haben jeden Abend den wirklich tollen Blick auf den Hafen in Parikia genossen. An den Weg zum Strand und zurück (hügelig und viele Stufen) hatten wir uns nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt :-) Der Pool ist recht groß und wir hatten das Glück, dass wir diesen zum großen Teil alleine nutzen konnten. Manfred hat uns im Vorfeld mit vielen Tipps versorgt und stand immer für weitere Fragen zur Verfügung - vielen Dank dafür. Was für uns (4 Personen) ein wenig herausfordernd war, war der kleine Tisch zum Essen auf der Terrasse und das kleine Badezimmer.

Logement idéal pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l’appartement de Manfred à Paros. Situé à 10min à pied de la plage de Marcello’s beach, il est parfaitement adapté à 2 couples ou 1 couple avec 2 enfants (2 chambres séparées en ss-sol + sdb et salon/cuisine à l’étage). Très bien équipé (en vaisselle/draps/jeux/etc.), on se sent vite comme à la maison avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. L’avantage des chambres au ss-sol c’est la fraîcheur qu’il y fait le soir. La piscine est à quelques mètres à pied : idéale pour se détendre avant/après la plage. A noter, le logement est un peu reculé de Parikia (on y gagne en silence) : à la descente du ferry, il faut prendre un petit bateau (5€ le trajet) pour rejoindre Marcello’s beach puis marcher à nouveau 10min pour rejoindre l’appartement. Le contact avec Manfred était très efficace, les clés nous ont été remises à la descente du ferry par Lina, l’aide ménagère.

Heerlijk ontspannen

We hebben een zalig ontspannen week gehad in het huis van Manfred en Charlotte. Door het contact via de e-mail en het introductiefilmpje, voelden we ons warm welkom geheten en aan alles was gedacht! Het huis heeft een zalig uitzicht op de baai en een lekker zwembad op een klein rustig parkje. Het was aanvankelijk wat lastig bereikbaar zonder auto, maar toen we het veerbootje ontdekten dat van het strand naar Paros stad ging, was dat ook opgelost.

Great View!

We enjoyed our stay at Manfred's place. A nice clean house with an amazing view of the port where we had several glasses of wine in the evenings. We also loved to have the pool close by especially for the kids. A great place to get away from everything.

Why they chose this property

Panorama Village is the prime location in Paros. The houses are built solidly and the quality is German style (built to last for more than a life time). We fell in love with the Cinemascope views of Parikia bay and enjoy hanging out on the veranda watching the ships arriving and departing.

What makes this property unique

Our house is part of the luxury housing complex "Panorama Village" just 3.5 km by road from Parikia in an area known as Krios or Krotiri. The house overlooks the bay of Parikia and the area is considered the prime location on Paros. The two-level house was constructed in 2002 and reflects the traditional Greek character with stone walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. It has two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living-room area and plenty of outside space. A swimming pool shared by the 13 houses of the complex is located near the house. The house is situated above the beautiful sandy beach of Krios. The location is ideally suited for families with kids: no dangerous surroundings, dead end road, fun beach with shallow water.
