Single story home with three bedrooms and two baths. Upgraded kitchen and appliances. Very safe, quiet, small gated community. Covered back patio. Walking distance to several parks. Convenient access to freeways. 20 minutes from the Strip or Downtown. 15 minutes to Red Rock Canyon.
Quick access to Red Rock Station Casino and Santa Fe Station Casino. Direct access to four separate parks within three miles that are all connected by walking/biking paths. Easy access to biking/walking path along I215 that can take bikers to Red Rock Canyon Scenic Loop. Walking distance to hiking paths to the top of Lone Mountain which provides wonderful views of the city and surrounding mountains. Quiet back patio area for relaxing.
Guests can use the entire house with the exception of hall closet. The garage is also available. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom has a bunk bed with full bottom and twin top.
