All the "Perks" of home!!
Just to answer our most commonly asked questions first; the pool is NOT HEATED, it is saltwater, the finish is pebbletech and has a maximum depth of approximately 5'7". And second, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, of any kind or size.
This is a meticulously maintained family home in highly desired Wayne Ranch in San Tan/Queen Creek neighborhood. Wayne ranch is a very quiet neighborhood and geared towards families.
This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is furnished with all the comforts of home. One king bed, two queen beds, and a twin daybed with twin trundle. Master en suite has Quartz counters, double sinks, raised vanities & a stunning floor to ceiling tiled walk-in shower with bench. All bedrooms have ceiling fans w/lights, complete bedroom sets, televisions and either a Blu-ray player (3) or a DVD player (2). Vaulted livingroom has a Sofa with 2 power recliners, (that recline to sleeping position) with charger ports, and two regular recliners, blanket throws and throw pillows. The entertainment center contains a electric fireplace and a large TV with a 70" screen.
Comfortable, spacious kitchen with Quartz counter tops, mohogany stained cabinets, a Keurig coffee maker( and regular coffee maker), toaster, and all stainless steel appliances. The Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of utensils, baking and cooking pans, crockpots, electric skillet and dishes for at least services of 8. Full compliment of plastic dishes: bowls, plates, cups etc.. for outdoor and pool use. Basic spices cooking oils and coffee. Nice large, open floor plan from dining area to kitchen to living area. Great for family entertaining.
Floors are porcelain with glass tile inlays in all areas, except for the carpeted bedrooms. This home comes with an office nook, with wireless printer, for your personal work needs. Upgraded top of the line washer/dryer on pedestals for easier access. Laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets are available.
The fully landscaped large backyard boasts a view of the Superstitions. There is a covered, furnished patio with a celing fan and light. Make use of the full-size outdoor barbeque on those warm AZ evenings. Enjoy our beautful, pebble-tech pool (NOT HEATED) relax, rejuvenate and make memories under the beautiful Arizona skies, whether it be sunshine or the twinkling stars at night.
There is space for one car in the garage, and space for two cars in the driveway. The community prohibits on street parking. There are two large parks with green grass, playgrounds, swings, covered picnic tables, and bbq's right down the the street. There are several golf courses near the house.
There are many, many great hiking trails and activities within a reasonable distance from the house.
We have games, movies and toys. There is also a highchair, pack-n-play, wheelchair and adult walker.
Please be respectful of the families that live here and work here. If a party house is what you're looking for, then this is NOT the place for you!! The property address is 1438 E. Leaf. Please contact me the day before for access to the door code.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn Heat/ AC to parameters posted on th door to laundry room. Turn fans off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
