Location, Location, Location with affordable Luxury! You will love staying at our beautiful and well maintain luxury second floor condo at the Palm Villas in the Mauna Lani Resort. Palm Villas is a privately gated, small complex centrally located in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort. Overlooking the Historical Preservation Area with wonderful sunsets and an ocean view in the distance. Palm Villas has a resort style waterfall Pool and Hot Tub for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. It also has a Clubhouse containing Fitness Facility and outdoor gas grill all among tropical landscaping short distance from our place. A 12-minute leisure walk on a trail to the royal fishponds and private Mauna Lani Beach Club or a few minutes drive to the private beach club. You will have Owners Beach Club card that will provide you access to special parking privileges and steps to the Beach Club which you will have access to complimentary cabana and chaise lounge beach chairs with wonderful snorkeling, white sand beach and calm waves. You can enjoy watching the whales in season, or the large sea turtles coming ashore to bask in sun. Enjoy lunch, snacks and drinks at the Napua Café/Restaurant.

Our Hawaiian Plantation style condo has everything you need. Open spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and gourmet kitchen with designer cabinets, granite countertops and updated appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more to cook every meal imaginable. Dining room has a bamboo dining table that seats six comfortable for a family meal. The private lanai with its great view has a built-in outdoor gas grill with hood and wet bar with nice table to enjoy meals or just relaxing.

The condo sleeps 6 very comfortably with King Size bed, Queen Size bed and two twin beds. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable King Bed with en-suite master bath with over sized soaking tub plus a separate shower with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the second bath with a shower/tub combination. All rooms have ceiling fans to take advantage of the tropical breeze and there is also Central Air available in the condo.

For your excursions we have great containers to pack lunches and snacks and coolers and ice packs to keep them cool. We have beach chairs and umbrella along with snorkel gear, boogie boards and noodles. Rental includes everything you need including washer and drying along with detergent.

A short walk or drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani, containing the Tommy Bahamas Cafe, and a wide variety of other restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and an ice-cream shop and other Hawaiian activities too.

We have wireless high speed Internet, cable television and unlimited long distance (USA/Canada).

"Pool Closure from September 7, 2025 to October 4, 2025, to resurface the pool. Sorry about this closure of the pool but this a necessary maintenance that HOA has deemed urgent. I will offer discounts for the month of September."

Condo was tested for Mold on January 10, 2024, and the test came back negative for mold. The condo has never had a mold issue in its history. The review by the person is false and was done to slander me. Please view my response to the negative review.

Our Palm Villa stay

Beautiful unit overlooking lava fields! Amazing sunsets while relaxing on the lanai! The unit is very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for eating in. Beds were very comfortable. David provided suggestions for restaurants on the island as well as places to visit. Most we knew about having been to the big island many times, but there were some new places we visited!

Terrific rental

Liked the view; liked the fact that spices were left in the VERY well equipped kitchen. Host was extremely fast in responding to messages - a propane tank was delivered when the existing one was empty (we stayed for a month and really enjoyed having the grill on the lanai). Easy and scenic walk to the beach club and being able to park close to the beach was a real plus also. We used the boogie boards up at the Mauna Kea beach (excellent for boogie boarding). The wine bar attached to the grocery store at Queens Marketplace at Waikoloa great place for sushi and reasonably priced. Hamburgers and fries at beach club restaurant are the BEST!

Great stay at Palm Villas

We had a very relaxing time at the Palm Villas. This unit is very well stocked. I have actually never had a kitchen in a rental be so well stocked. I so appreciate having a slow cooker! In addition, they have soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Not just a starter pack, plenty for the whole stay. This is greatly appreciated so that we do not have to rush out to the store on the first day. Thank you for a great trip!

Well equipped condo

Great condo…we were very surprised that that had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and a lot more in the condo for convenience. That came in very handy, because our luggage didn’t come until the next day. The only issue we had was the day before check in we were asked to keep the air conditioner set to 80 degrees while we were out and 78 degrees while in the condo. If we had known before booking, we may not have booked it. I truly understand that everyone Hawaii is very expensive…including electricity. But 78 degrees was not a pleasurable temperature for us. Other than that, it was one of our best stays in a VRBO condo.

Great place and nicely kept. Amenities were good except minor things like out of body wash in the shower and no condiments like one normally finds at a VRBO. Would certainly use again, well located, clean, upscale, good price. Everything was great.

Fabulous Mothers’ Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved staying at Palm Villas E21! The condo was immaculately clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The kitchen had every tool/small appliance imaginable, plus coolers and freezer packs for the beach. We prepared several scrumptious meals and enjoyed dining on the lanai, with its beautiful view of the ocean and neighboring Kalahuipua`a Park. We loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the condo had beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, umbrellas and chairs. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. The property manager provided clear instructions, making check in super easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

We had a wonderful vacation with our adult kids and teens. Mauna Lani had all the amenities we love. Pool, hot tub, walking paths, and the private beach club. We loved our time out on the lanai playing cards and sipping drinks. It is close to all the best beaches and the garage was full of toys to make the beach fun! Thank you!!

Lovely, well-kept property! Perfect location!

This beautifully decorated and cared for condominium is ideally located near the shops and the resort hotel. The view from the lanai over the lava fields, and out to the sea is stunning! We enjoy the sunsets in the evening so much. our favorite walk was the walk along the Hawaiian fish ponds, the swimming pool is ideal for adults and small children and gorgeously landscaped. This stay is a ten!

Great location and nice unit.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. There were three good sized rooms that was perfect for 5 of us. The beds were a little hard but that is personally preference. The kitchen was well stocked and we used both the rice cooker and slow cooker. The view was lovely and we enjoyed out time on the Lanai. The Mauna Lani are was great and we liked this area and close proximity to Foodland. I would rent this unit again.

Mold, mold, mold

We had a horrible experience staying at this condo in August. There was a strong mold odor emanating from behind the washing machine that permeated two of the three bedrooms. The noxious smell gave us headaches and prevented us from sleeping. (There is no door to the laundry area.). When we used the water in the bathroom across the hall, we could hear water rapidly dripping in the wall behind the washing machine. We called the property manager and left a VM to report the water leak and mold odor. After receiving no response, I called the owner. The owner was extremely argumentative, admitted that he was aware of the water dripping but insisted there was no mold, despite the noxious odor. He told me the property manager was too busy to meet us at the unit and refused to refund the remainder of our 7-day stay. Out of concern for our family's health, we scrambled to find another condo for the remainder of our vacation. Thankfully, we found another unit (and it was lovely, so we were able to salvage our trip). Although we stayed in this condo for less than 24 hours, the owner continued to send rude texts for the remainder of the week. I reached out to VRBO for assistance in obtaining a refund for the condo being uninhabitable, provided a video of the dripping water, and they reached out to the owner to request he issue a refund for the unused portion of our stay, but the owner still refused. We will need to file a lawsuit. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.

Great Family Vacation

Very comfortable and functional accommodations close to everything. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Had a small hiccup with the AC, but the property management came out right away to fix it. The pool is nearby and was very nice. 10 minute walk to the beach along a nice path through lava field and fish ponds (15ish with a 4 year old). Foodland and shops right nearby. Beach gear in the garage, nicely stocked kitchen, BBQ grill worked great, fans in the rooms and good AC to keep cool. Garage comfortably fit a four door Jeep without any fuss. Did not hear any of our neighbors and the neighbors below said they did not hear us, so that was nice. Middle bedroom was absolutely perfect for our four year old with the twin and additional slide out mattress. Master bathroom is a little small/tight. If you're on the taller side, be careful not to knock down the pictures on the wall when standing up! (Sorry again) Would definitely stay again.

Another perfect time at Palm Villas

Such a homey place. You can tell the family to owns the place truly love it. It's in such nice shape and comfortable. Everything you need and then some. This is our 4th unit at Palm Villas and it's one of the best. Staying in this unit with the view of the lava reserve is SO calming. We always dream of the moments we spend just quiet and relaxed on the lanai. Thank you for the perfect Hawaiian time

We love going to the Palm Villas, overlooking the lava. This unit is large, clean and has the amenities we look for. Access to the beach club with the swimming and snorkeling there is the way to go!

Great place / very responsive host!!

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s place. He was extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Nice quiet place. Easy access to a terrific beach. Would definitely stay here again.
