Welcome to Paradise View Villa -- fully equipped two bedroom, two bathroom luxury golf community condo in the heart of Scottsdale's Resort Corridor! This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

This is a perfect rental for your vacations for holidays, golf outings, girls getaways, Bowl Games, Phoenix Open, Spring Training, or if you just want to relax and unwind.

We are steps away from the clubhouse of Silverado Golf Course and the lush 12.5 mile stretch of Green Belt walking/biking paths and parks. Our prime location provides convenient access to popular attractions such as Old Town Scottsdale (~4 mi), Fashion Square Mall (~4 mi), Talking Stick Resort & Casino (~3 mi), Salt River Fields Spring Training Facilities (~3 mi), and Camelback Mountain Hiking (~3 mi), are all within a quick 5 minute or less drive, and even walking/biking distance. The neighborhood also includes several groceries stores, coffee shops, high end shopping and many casual and fine dining restaurants.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32' Samsung LCD HDTV, a private bathroom with separate shower and soaking bathtub, a large walk-in closet, and access to the patio/balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, large closet, and access to the patio/balcony.

Nice clean and comfortable stay for our family

Bonnie's place is very nice and was a comfortable stay for our family. It is a nice location close to everything you need and likely want to visit. The couches and beds were very comfortable. One star off for check-in process simply because you have to use keys and a lockbox instead of having electronic keypad system or something easier and less likely to lose keys for. The condo building and the facilities there were also very nice including the pool and hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

Light, airy 3rd floor unit in desirable location

The unit was light and airy, with a wonderful 3rd floor balcony. The location is excellent for walking with great destinations both to the north along the Indian Bend Wash and the south along the AZ Canal. The 2nd bedroom is not really usable for a 2nd couple but could be used for children.

Pool was cool and spa was not operating for most of our visit. Household inventory could use a good overhaul. ie. towels were worn Many toiletry items from previous owners have been left behind.

Beautiful condo in a fabulous area!

I loved the condo. It was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a great location. I especially appreciated that it was well stocked with everything you need to cook, as so many places are not. The only disappointment for me was that the pool water was so cold! Too cold to use at all for most, and it was 90-95 degrees outside in April. A place that claims to have a heated pool needs to make sure the heater is operable and the water temp is north of 83 degrees. Other than the pool issue this was a terrific place.

Cleanliness was not up to par but owners were responsive.

The location was awesome, however we did run into a few snags, but the owner was responsive during this process. However I would not be doing future VRBO tenants any justice if I did not portray my experience. The place wasn’t as clean as prior reviewers have led on. It was very dusty most of all. The owner did offer to have the cleaning service come in, but by then my mother in law and I had already started the cleaning process. The shower heads were full of calcium build up (I went ahead and cleaned it off with some water and vinegar - which came right off). The towels smelled moldy once wet. So much so that we decided to stop at Walmart and get a few new towels to use instead. We did travel with a toddler, and we kept finding pet treats under the bead and sofa. I understood that it was a pet friendly place, but I was not prepared to find as much pet hair on the bed, sofa, and washer/dryer as we did. I definitely recommend that the carpet in the main bedroom be deep cleaned, as we vacuumed every other day and managed to pick up so much dust every time. My husband noticed the air filter above the guest bathroom had not been changed in months. It was covered in about an about an inch of dirt. The washer/dryer had a moldy smell to it (which is an indication of the washer being closed after a wash without proper ventilation to air it out) I wiped the dryer and washer down with a moist towel before using it, and it came out filled with pet hair. Like I said, I’m all for pet friendly places, but it doesn’t mean I want to see it all over the place, let alone see it on me. The lighting in the main bedroom needs to be adjusted as it is too dark, which didn’t help when I noticed how dusty the walls were (the cons of having darker walls) Overall I did feel like the owners were responsive to some concerns, but feel like cleanliness is defined differently depending on the person. I highly recommend a deep clean.

Fantastic Stay in Scottsdale!

We had the most fantastic stay at this VRBO in Scottsdale! It was in a wonderful location (10 minutes from Old Town) and was extremely clean and comfortable. Looks exactly like the photos. The owners were beyond kind and helpful during our stay and I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Scottsdale location.

The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. I liked being on the top floor; I like the privacy. There's an outdoor elevator for those who need it and the car port was a blessing given the average daily temperature in July was 115. I didn't meet Bonnie, but we had good communication.

Paradise view condo

This is a serviceable but not luxurious apartment. The price was modest and altogether a good deal. Well equipped kitchen, excellent location, comfortable bed in master, quiet complex. Very responsive owner and property was very clean.

Beautiful condo, great location

The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities and supplies required. It had a full modern kitchen and appliances. It had two full Bedrooms and bathrooms and a large patio overlooking the pool. Bonnie and J were excellent to deal with. It also adjoined the Silverado Golf course which was ideal as we are avid golfers. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely go back on our next trip to AZ.
