About this property

Sea and hills, charm and relaxation in a medieval village a few kilometers from the sea

Our property is located in Ostra Vetere, an ancient medieval town in the Marche region, a few kilometers from the beautiful Senigallia beach, known as the "velvet" beach due to the softness of its sand. This is not a simple apartment, but of the noble floor of the building which once belonged to the Franceschini counts. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large dining room at your disposal, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom for a total of about 300 square meters. Space is not lacking! The furnishings are antique, the ceilings of the living rooms and bedrooms are decorated with seventeenth-century stuccos and paintings, the floors are in polychrome terracotta, original from the period, near the kitchen there is a large brick fireplace for cooking barbecues and roast in the company of friends. For those who love to play, in one of the two rooms there is a perfectly functioning piano. Even if the stay in our house will make you jump into the past, you will have all the comforts of modern life at your disposal: TV, internet wi-fi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, washing machine and iron and ironing board; the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2013. On request we can also provide a daily cleaning service. In the town of Ostra Vetere you can find supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery, tobacconist, bar, tourist office, bank, post office and medical center. There is also a beautiful spa within walking distance. However, to fully enjoy the countless cultural and culinary attractions offered by the Marche Region, the use of a car is recommended. The main tourist attractions are close at hand and easily accessible.

Traumhafter Palazzo in einem traumhaften Ort

Wir haben die Tage hier geliebt. Super sympathische Vermieterin und traumhafter Palazzo. Man fühlt sich in die Vergangenheit versetzt, da alles original erhalten ist. Das muss man mal erlebt haben. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

una casa unica in un borgo fuori dal tempo

Conoscevamo già Ostra Vetere, un borgo delizioso e fuori dal tempo, ma la vera sorpresa è stata la casa, curata in ogni particolare, con bellissimi arredi, una vista incantevole , allo stesso tempo però fornita di tutte le comodità. In particolare la cucina, pur piccola è provvista di ogni tipo di accessorio ed elettrodomestico (tutti fra l'altro funzionanti....). Carolina e Federica sono state molto ospitali e disponibili ma mai invadenti. Una vacanza per noi da ricordare fra le più belle degli ultimi anni! Una immersione piacevolissima nelle bucoliche colline marchigiane, piene di posti da scoprire.

Une semaine au palais!!

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cet appartement magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'un logement unique. Tout y est beau du sol au plafond, une vraie semaine dans un musée (et on peut toucher, s'asseoir, manger dormir dans ce cadre digne d'un conte de fées). Le confort moderne n'a pas été oublié : cuisine et salle de bains sont très soignées. Les draps et les serviettes étaient d'une propreté irréprochable. Pour ne rien gâcher le village est beau, on peut y manger, y boire de bonnes choses et apprécier sa vie et ses fêtes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et un guide pour la maison et les environs très complet nous a été remis. Une raison de plus d'adorer l'Italie.

Un viaggio indietro nel tempo :D

Arrivati in questo piccolo borgo marchigiano sembra già di poter rivivere i ritmi di tanto tempo fa: una cena in un'osteria della zona, una passeggiata sotto le stelle sono stati terapeutici per allontanarsi dallo stress e dalle solite corse per chi studia o lavora. Ma quello che colpisce davvero è la possibilità di poter dormire in un'enorme casa seicentesca con stucchi, affreschi e arredi pregiati che ti catapultano direttamente in un'altra epoca! Il tutto ad un prezzo accessibilissimo. Un grazie di cuore a Carolina e Federica: l'accoglienza e il vostro interessamento per ogni nostra necessità sono davvero rari da trovare. Torneremo sicuramente!

In un tranquillo e pittoresco paesino della provincia di Ancona, due sorelle simpatiche e disponibili offrono un appartamento regale dotato di ogni comfort, da cui partire per il fantastico mare del Conero o per l'affascinante entroterra Marchiggiano. Principesca!!!

Eh si', non capita tutti i giorni di dormire in una stanza con affreschi e stucchi che ti fanno sentire una vera principessa!!! Questa splendida dimora complice il palazzo in cui e' incastonata e il delizioso paese che la ospita, ti proietta direttamente in un'altra dimensione facendoti dimenticare stress e ogni tipo di problema: la posizione permette in poco tempo di spaziare dal mare alla montagna passando per paesaggi di campagna che sembrano dipinti (la finestra della sala da pranzo era il mio quadro preferito...). I servizi offerti dalle proprietarie (due sorelle veramente simpatiche oltre che cordiali) sono assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative. Per gli amanti dello shopping data l'offerta dei tanti outlet nella zona, soprattutto calzaturieri, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. Insomma, consigliatissima e da provare non solo per conoscere i luoghi di una regione troppo spesso (e a torto) dimenticata, ma anche per apprezzarne i suoi tesori artistici e i tipici prodotti gastronomici.
