You will enjoy the convenience to the beautiful Pool ,Parking,nearby restaurants and sites .You will enjoy the view of sunsets and lush tropical vistas of San Jose's famous estuary from the patio deck.
Fully remodeled Condo features custom cabinets woodwork throughout ,granite ,marble, and travertine counters, designer paint and fixtures and tastefully furnished with a Mexican flair.There is plenty of space with main level including dining, living kitchen, full bath, bedroom .
For entertainment we have provided one large flat screen TV in Living room including DVD,Cable TV high speed internet with wifi ,Also a stereo system with input for your I-pod/MP3 player.
For nights you prefer to dine in there is a fully -equipped gourmet kitchen ,cooktop ,oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also a propane grill on deck for those times you want to BBQ the fresh fish you catch.There is also a high capacity water purification system so no need for big water jugs.There is also a full size washer and dryer on the deck.

There is a lovely pool in the complex within a short walking distance ,a shady Palapa next to pool to relax and take a cool dip .
Take a few more steps around the corner you will find Chula a great vegetarian Resturant ,there also is drinking time a great little neighborhood cantina with great snacks .Walk across the street to Claros Jr for some of the best fish tacos in all of Los Cabos.
Take a short walk to old town San Jose where you will find many restaurants and bars also great art galleries,Don't miss the Thursday night art walk with entertainment and artist display there ware its a can't miss.
There is so much to see and do you may have to return a few times to take everything in.

Have been traveling down to the Cabo area for the last 35 years ,Love to fish in the sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.First came down in my college years have seen a lot of changes.Decided the San Jose area was the place for me ,a little slower then Cabo san Lucas ,a more traditional Mexican Town.Thank I have found the right place.

This Property Is convenient to every thing.Its within walking distance of old town San Jose or walk the other way you enter the lush tropical estuary ,Go a little farther and your on Hotel Beach ,You can stroll down to Zippers and Costa Azul.
