The Townes at King's Creek Plantation resort are upscale town homes. You'll enjoy all the amenities of home and more, Including two inviting sun rooms, whirlpool tubs in each master bedroom, sleeper sofas in each living room, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living rooms, two washer & dryer units, two dishwashers, two wet bars, two fully stocked kitchens. Each town home has one master bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a standard bedroom with a Jack & Jill bath (Shared with living room area). This is a "lock-off" Town home which means its 2 side by side identical units with a common entry door. Each unit sleeps six people and two units combined will sleep up to 12 people. The Townes has a community pool perfect for children of all ages and ample space for sunbathing. King's Creek Plantation is next to Water Country USA, exit to Busch Gardens, shopping, dining, 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, and the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Other amenities include two other outdoor pools, fitness center, onsite restaurant (seasonal), miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts. There are also outdoor gas grills with picnic tables, playgrounds, and a horseshoe pit. This property offers a family vacation you will never forget!

Great Location

Great location to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Park and many more close by activities. The rental and property were clean. The staff and property manager were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

The place was good just the hot tub in the master suit was not cleaned properly when the jets came on a bunch of black stuff came out maybe mold I’m not sure. The towels were not very clean either. Other than that it was as described online. Nice place.

Great location, great accommodations

We rented both sides for a mini family reunion. Great amount of space for 5 adults and 7 kids ages 1-13. We enjoyed both outdoor pools and the littles loved playing in the playground. The door ways open to connect both sides and it was great to have two living rooms while the younger crowd napped on one side the others could watch tv on the other side. Great location close to water parks, shopping, and colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. It is a time share so they do invite you to watch a presentation, but they’re not pushy if you decline. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

We thought the units could have been cleaner. Also, we were short of bath towels and blankets. Thought the kitchen could have been equipped with more cookware. The resort is conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Village plus restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent location for Water USA, Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, golf…Grandparents and two families shared the connecting condos. Worked well with plenty of space to spread out…wish we’d had a balcony or porch…but we survived! Thanks!

The property was excellent and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay for our family of 9(6 adults and 3 children. The only recommendation I would have is for some hooks in the bathrooms for having towels and clothes.

Ideal set-up

We stayed in 2 units connected by an enclosed breezeway. It could not have been better for our family of parents, young adults & teens. It was roomy, bright & very clean. Each unit with 2 bedrooms, a living room & a den with a pullout couch was perfect! We were close to all the restaurants as well as colonial Williamsburg. The area was beautiful with excellent amenities including a pool, hot tub & mini golf. Highly recommend!!

Just perfect for our trip!

My husband, our 3 kids, and I came to Williamsburg with my ~70 year old parents and my niece and nephew. 9 total. The 2 BR 2 adjacent unit townhomes were perfect. Way spacious. Great amenities. Close to everything. A great deal. Highly recommended, and we will stay here again!
