This condo has been completely renovated and is located on the 4th floor in one of the most sought out locations on Wrightsville Beach. Located in the "Heart of Wrightsville Beach", the Station One complex offers a community pool, private beach access, tennis courts, community gas grills, and half-court basketball. The Station One complex is located right in the middle of it all and is walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, locally owned shops, pubs, and more. Beach access is a breeze, just follow the private walkway for Station One guests only. The condo sleeps 4 and offers a king bed in the master and queen bed in the guest room. The living area has plenty of room and leads to the large ocean front balcony. Fantastic ocean front views are easily seen from the balcony or the living area. Beautiful view and wonderful location. WorkHouse Coffee is right across the street and has wonderful coffee. Also a short distance to downtown Wilmington. Looking foward to coming back next year.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

We enjoyed staying in this condo on our work trip to Wilmington. The location was perfect…easy to walk to stores, restaurants, etc on Wrightsville Beach. The condo and the condo building were well maintained and secure. The security guards and tenants were very friendly and helpful! The best part was our morning walks on the beach and the views from the condo’s deck! Highly recommend!!

Condo was beautiful with great amenities. 4th floor view. Perfect view of the ocean. Comfy memory foam mattresses Easy access to beach. Nice pool. In unit laundry. Comfy couches. Appliances were all top notch. Great parking. Quiet. Beautiful sunrises. Soft sand. Good location. Walk to tower seven. Great fish tacos. Coming back as soon as I can.

Beach and Family time

Wonderful clean 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with great views of ocean. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. Close to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Only downside to the complex is needed key for every entrance and many doors were hard to open. Need a keyless entry system. Also nonsmoking complex but workers who were trimming trees walking around pool with lit cigarettes. Can look past that and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great view, great location

Pleasantly surprised! Friday night late check in process worked. Condo is so clean felt like we were the first one's there since remodeling. Stocked well with all kitchen necessities ( Kuerig coffee maker (bring our pods), blender, toaster...) We did bring our own sheets&towels or you can rent from management company. (That was not clear on initial booking). Comfy king size bed, and the best shower heads in both bathrooms! Multiple shower heads, better than the Ritz. Great ocean views from bedroom and living room. Location allowed us to walk to Workshop coffee shop in the morning, Roberts convenience store for basics/wine/beer, and pizza shop. Friendly guard at condo entrance. Will stay again.

Nice apartment with beautiful view

We had a lovely time - very relaxing. Weather was great - only a few brief showers. Sunrise and moon rises were exquisite this week. Furniture and decorations were nice, kitchen well appointed. Liked the shower and the pool. Bed was a little high for us and probably too soft. Coffee pot needed descaling. I put in a vinegar rinse but it did not correct the problem with the descaling message. Worked ok in spite of this. Biggest detractor was the lock and key system. The doors were extremely hard to open and took several minutes to get the door open - very frustrating and inconvenient. Seemed like someone tried to put something in the locks to help but it ended up making our hands dirty and oily. Also, the door numbers were VERY hard to read and need a new numbering system along with the locks. Would stay there again anyway.

This condo was impeccable! The decor was just our style and was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking. The view was amazing and the location is top notch to walk to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint was the beds were a bit soft for our tastes bc there was a very think mattress topper on the beds. I simply removed ours after the first night and then slept great! We will definitely stay here again!
