On the ground floor: A living room with sitting area and a kitchen, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, A shower room, Separate WC. Oil central heating. Terrace with private garden furniture. Shared garden with lawn of approximately 1000 m² with built-in barbecue and pétanque pitch (boules provided). In the bay of Mont St Michel, 6 km from the sea and 400m from the village, this gîte, adjoining the owner's home and another gîte, is functional and well-equipped. It is ideally located at the crossroads of the large sandy beaches of Saint-Malo (20 km), the banks of the Rance (12 km) and Mont Saint-Michel (30 km). Discover the medieval heritage of Dol de Bretagne, a small City of Character®, enjoy the great outdoors in Cherrueix on its long stretch of fine sand, popular with sand yachting and shore fishing enthusiasts, 9 km away, or Cancale, its oysters and mussels. Vacation rental well located between Mont St-Michel and Saint-Malo and warm welcome from the owner.
