About this property

AnJ Bed and Breakfast, family friendly, quiet country setting.

We are located one mile off route 23, in a country setting located right in the Amish/Mennonite community. We are just minutes from the towns of Bird-In-Hand, Intercourse and Strasburg.
We have a 1100 square foot air-conditioned basement apartment, with a private ground level entrance. A large lawn and swing set for the children to enjoy.
Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware and utensils.
A spacious dining room and living room with two deluxe queen sofa beds.
A bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pack and play available.
A bathroom with a 36x36 walk in shower.
A large lawn and swing set for the children to enjoy.
A 12x18 patio with fire pit / grilling rack and table and chairs.
Gas grill.
Water fountain, string lights, portable fire pit, with lots of free firewood.
Riding toys / bikes for children to enjoy on our driveway and lawn.
Corn hole, balls, and lawn chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Aaron and Janice's! Our children enjoyed their property more than our visit to Dutch Wonderland. We plan to return in the future. Its the perfect place to wind down and just enjoy some peace and quiet.

Probably the cleanest Vrbo we’ve been to in a while. Our kids were so complimentary of the place. They loved the breakfast snacks and drinks. They did a number on them! All the fun things that are available for use in addition to the necessities….Aaron and Janice really were considering it all. Really quiet setting. Loved our stay so much. We are sad that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you!

We had a lovely overnight stay at Aaron and Janice's property. The breakfast goodies were SO appreciated and just wonderful for our family. The area had a major thunderstorn that knocked out power the night we stayed, through no fault of the hosts! They checked on us and made sure we were comfortable, and allowed us to stay despite the circumstances. The hosts made sure everything was taken care of for us and we had a comfortable overnight. The space was more than sufficient for our family with 5 kids, and better outfitted than many other similar properties. I only wish we'd had a chance to stay longer! Thank you again for having us!

This was our second time staying with Aaron and Janice, and it won’t be our last! Communication was clear, and they were very accommodating. They had breakfast snacks available, and even left fresh watermelon in the fridge for us! The space is clean and tidy, and just the right size for our family. We visited during a heat wave, and the basement apartment stays live and cool. We really like the outdoor element of the property, even if we didn’t get to enjoy it as much this time with the hot weather. Our kids look forward to coming back to “the house with the giant swing”, bikes and basketball hoop—as do we!

What a beautiful place to stay! They thought if everything you might need or want and were so gracious. I would highly recommend- especially if you have a few kids. They will live the outdoor space.
