THE SPACE
The Red House is a one level home featuring a large living room with a flat screen TV, a kitchen that is well equipped to prepare meals and comfortable seating areas. This cozy home was built in 1952 but has undergone several updates over the years. Choose to dine in the dining room that seats 6, the eat-in kitchen nook for 2, or in warmer months, in the backyard seating area.

Three comfortably furnished bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and 2 twins in the guest bedrooms.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Dog friendly however there are large gaps in the fenced in backyard so smaller dogs should remain on a leash, especially since this home is near a busy street. Limit of 2 dogs. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE. Must be crated when left alone. Please request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival.

Though this home doesn't have air conditioning, it has an evaporative cooler and fans for your comfort.

This home is equipped with a Pack-n-Play and highchair. Located in the closet.

The living room fireplace is currently inoperable.

The grill is only available in warmer months. 

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
