FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

PICKLEBALL: Vacation Homes of Hilton Head has a premiere partnership with Dill Dinkers, Hilton Head's Newest Indoor Pickleball Facility! All guests will receive membership level benefits for the duration of their reservation!

Pool*: 11' x 18' (45 inches deep) *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉.

Service Recovery is Important!

Our second year renting this property, and it's great. Our family loves it and wants to come back every year. A big thank you and shout out to Andi for solving a computer glitch with their billing system and giving us complete assurance there would be no issues when we arrived, including giving me her direct number to call if there were any problems. Great stay for Spring break

We had a wonderful time at HHI. We never had to leave this beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. The adults loved the safety of the location and the large kitchen and dining room to gather. Will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway!

This property is right on the beach. We were lucky and had absolutely beautiful weather everyday. The house was perfect as well even thought we spent most of the time outside.

Wedding celebration

House was perfect location for a 12 person wedding event. We had a chef come in and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms and beds were perfect for the guests. The scenery was gorgeous.

Excellent property for a family

We had a family group of 14. Worked out well us. It is located in a private community so the beach was fairly uncrowded. Had a few minor issues and we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager.
