Luxury Ocean Front Condo!! Newly Redecorated. Convenient location

The best thing about my condo is its relaxing atmosphere. Spend your time on the beach. Walk to restaurants, grocery store, activities and drive a short distance to the boardwalk. This luxury I bedroom and 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath condo apartment is located directly on the ocean front. It has a magnificent view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sunrise and dolphins as they swim by and frolic in the ocean and sun every day. Also enjoy sunsets from the bay side balcony.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed adjacent to half bath and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, blender, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, etc.

Assigned Parking is available for one car at no charge with additional free parking available. There is 24 hour security for the entire property.

Amenities: Fully air-conditioned, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, iron and ironing board, .Free Wireless high speed Internet.
46 inch LCD HD TV, with CATV, telephone, balcony furniture, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and many extras. Unfortunately the indoor pool is out of order and closed for renovations.

This luxury condo has it all. It has just been updated -repainted and redecorated.

I wish I would’ve been given a notice that the pool was closed. I just booked it on July 7 went there the 11th and the pool was shut down. That’s one of the reasons I booked the place was because it had a pool couldn’t use it anyway, and we got refunded 100 disappointed

Glorious Ocean View

This was our second stay at this lovely ocean-front condo this summer! We loved our July visit so much that we booked a return trip in August. The newly redecorated condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part of the experience is enjoying the view from the 11th floor balcony. We couldn't be happier with our host and this heavenly home away from home!

Property office manager Dee is wonderful. So helpful and personable. Close to beach and having Clarion next door with Lennys Beach Bar and Horizons restaurant great. Arline was so accessible and really made things easier.

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our two children. Coffee on the oceanfront balcony watching the dolphins in the morning, all day at the beach and enough room to relax in the evenings without feeling like we were on top of each other. I really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas too! I plan on staying here again on my next Ocean City trip.

Amazing!

I can't really think of anything negative to stay about this place. Will probably be my go to for sand duels in the following years. Condo was clean, had good shower pressure, beautiful view. The closet was loaded with three beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys, and boogy boards. Indoor pool comes in handy on rainy days. Would recommend to anyone.

Could be really CUTE if some fresh paint & minor items were updated/modernized.

PROS: Ocean view, location, check in, comfortable bed, pool is nice, items provided for beach, communication with owner, owner very nice & detailed, toilet paper, garbage bags, bounty provided. CONS: Horrible shared building WI-FI connection, no smart TV in bedroom, hot tub is disgusting, outdated bathrooms, outdated furniture, lamp shades are broken, lamp knobs are missing, some light switches don't work, no mat on bathroom floor, have to bring bed sheets and towels, table on patio needs to be replaced.

OceanCity Vibes

Great view! Amenities such as sauna and steam room were not available due to construction of shared adjacent property. We did not know that until we got to condo and asked. Condo needs some comforts such as new couch and new bed. The bed is really firm and seems smaller than a queen. We usually stay two weeks but was glad we were only there for one week due to comfort of living room and bed. I would return if some updating was done.

Great location but overall wouldn’t stay again

I booked a quick last minute vacation for myself and my kids. Great location and beautiful views. Overall the condo was clean. Now some of the shortcomings. The post says condo was newly remodeled. It seems like the kitchen but the rest is not and could definitely use some updating. The check in process was not smooth. The insurrections said to check in the main office to get a parking pass. When we arrived there was a sign on the office stating the person would be back in 30 min. We took turns waiting by the car for 2 hours waiting for someone to issue us a parking pass - I didn’t want the car get towed which is strict in OC…well after 2 plus hours someone finally showed up and told us we didn’t need a parking pass all we had to do is park in the designated spot. The owner seemed surprised to hear that. Would have save us time knowing that - hopefully the instructions will be updated for future renters. We also found out the pool is closed indefinitely. Obviously not the owners’ fault but would be nice to know that since I searched and made my purchase based on pool and ocean front criteria. I asked the owner for an alternative for the pool and all I got was it’s supposed to be a nice weather so enjoy the beach. Pool and beach are not the same. Good business practice would be to offer discount or other alternative. Again, please update the post as there is no pool for now. These may not be huge issues but given the price it’s worth knowing before you book.

Amazing location!

My friend and I booked this condo for our mini girls trip and it was the perfect spot! It is right on the ocean, and the balcony view is so soothing and beautiful. I slept on the pull-out couch and put the air mattress that's in the hall closet on top for extra cushion and was totally comfy! I highly recommend this place for high-value, reasonable cost getaways.

Enjoyable convenient family condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Short walk to the beach, convenient showers for feet from the sand on the premises, easy use of the elevator, and the view from the balcony was amazing. No issues at all; easy check-in and check-out, I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this to any family.

I love Ocean City, MD and when I had an opportunity to have my own condo I looked for the perfect condo. And this had it all-ocean front, family location, easy access to the beach and walk to superb restaurants, grocery stores, shopping (outlets not too far away either in Ocean City or Rehoboth)and the Ocean City boardwalk. I wanted to share my good fortune with others and decided to rent it out when I was not able be here. The view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay give my condo that something extra special. Relaxation and serenity are the hallmarks of this condo.

Why they chose this property

The thing I love most about this neighborhood is its convenience to everything. There are a ton of activities available for all members of the family - Putt-Putt golf, kayaking, movie theaters, ice cream parlors, and a short drive to Assateague Island for the beach and beach horses.

What makes this property unique

One of the most important things for me is to give my guests an experience that allows them to feel at home the minute they enter my condo. Just to see the fabulous view and knowing that they have everything they need at their fingertips makes me happy. It's very important to me to make sure that my condo is clean, refreshed, and comfortable. At the end of each season I carefully inspect my condo to see if any changes are needed. I want this to be a perfect vacation spot for my guests.
