3. DISHWASHER: Please load the all used utensils, silverware’s and plates. And start the dishwasher. Dishwashing liquid will be under the kitchen

Perfect location and well appointed!

We had three generations of family in this condo, and everyone was happy! The kids loved the pool table and easy access to golf and the main clubhouse. The adults enjoyed the view of #3 and the well-appointed kitchen. Jay was easy to access and communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Golf Stay

3 retired golf buddies loved it. The location allowed us to walk to the clubhouse and many strong restaurants in town. The view of holes on course #3 was great to enjoy from our balcony. Golf decorations were well done.

We had such a great time and this was largely in part to where we stayed! The place was in the perfect location!!! The pool table was a big hit too! Jay was great to work with and answered our questions immediately!

Host Jay was an awesome communicator before, during, and after stay follow-up to make sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Incredibly spacious and comfortable accomodations with all major utilities and extras in good working order. Beautiful surroundings with great view of #3 course on the 15th green and 16th tee box. Very easy entry upon arrival with code access to lock box for key entry. Very close proximity to everything you want to do in Pinehurts area.Overall excellent experience. Would definitely do it again!!!My two sons & brother enjoyed an EPIC Pinehurst experience.

Pinehurst Visit

Jay and his wife made the process very easy for my group of friends as we kicked off a mid week golf trip. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside was no grill available but we knew that going in. Great value and nice people.

Perfect place for a guys’ golf trip

Great condo with views of Pinehurst #3. Three bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Pool table, which was great for the bad weather we had. Close to some great restaurants. Owner was great, and the couple below take care of the property, and were most hospitable. Maybe not the best for couples, but if you’re a bunch of people going to Pinehurst to play golf, it’s great.

Pros: Great location, 5-7 minutes drive to Pinehurst. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. People are very friendly. Jay, the owner, was gracious enough to let us checked in early. Good amenities. Pool table was a plus for the kids. Master bedroom separated from other bedrooms. Plenty of beds to share if you want to pair up with another family. Cons: A little bit dated with screen door not working, windows didn't lock. Shower water pressure is really low.

Location is great and great set up. Only complaint it’s that the place was not very clean. There were 6 dead roaches and some of the dishes were not clean. Freezer was packed with things, so I was not able to use it.

Everything was as advertised. Really enjoyed the location and being right on the course. Walking distance to the main clubhouse area was great. As another review stated, the beds were very comfortable. Perfect spot for a Pinehurst getaway. Definitely recommend.
