On the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a secure residence of 3 floors, T2 of 27m2 which can accommodate up to 4 people, (two adults and two children from 3 years) composed of:
A living room with convertible sofa (BZ) overlooking a fitted shaded loggia (relax seat, small table and chairs), a kitchen area, a small bedroom with a 2-seater pull-out bed, as well as a bathroom with wc, sink and shower .

The residence "Côte d'Azur" enjoys an ideal location for family holidays, 350 meters from the white sandy beach of La Favière and the shops.

The apartment is quiet as it overlooks the park and the summer temperature is always tempered by its northern exposure.

In a few minutes on foot you reach, by the Chemin de la mer, landscaped and semi-pedestrian, to La Favière beach.

Meraviglioso!

Una vacanza meravigliosa. L'alloggio si è dimostrato molto meglio di quello che avevamo immaginato: ottima pulizia, ottima posizione e una tranquillità impagabile. Altro punto a favore il parcheggio privato. Ciò che ha reso il tutto perfetto sono stati la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Eric e sua moglie che ci hanno accolto come se fossimo stati di famiglia. Ringrazio Eric per le molte dritte e informazioni, non solo riguardanti La Faviere e Le Lavandou, ma anche Nizza. Grazie per tutto, consiglio assolutamente!

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, au calme, avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse, à l'ombre à toute heure de la journée. Bonne literie. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, qui sont très sympathiques et nous ont donné de bons conseils. Appartement situé à environ 8 minutes à pied des premiers commerces et de la très belle plage de la Favière.

L'appartamento era situato in un grande residence con parco e posto auto. C'era tutto il necessario per soggiornare bene, noi eravamo in 3. Il proprietario Eric e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con garbo, parlando in italiano

Idéal pour un séjour à la plage en famille

Des hôtes très accueillant et chaleureux. Un appartement confortable à seulement 5 minutes à pieds d'une des plus belles plages de Bormes-les-Mimosas. L'orientation nord permet de profiter toute la journée de la terrasse qui donne sur le parc. Un cadre idéal pour passer des vacances en famille à la plage.

Séjour d'une semaine en Août

Agréable séjour d'une semaine pour 2 personnes, l'appartement est refait à neuf, il est plus grand qu'il ne paraît sur les photos, pas de bruit, agréable balcon, l'orientation de l'appartement permet de le garder frais toute la journée et nuit. Parking au pied de l'immeuble, plage de sable fin à environ 7-8 minutes à pied. Bémol : on peut prendre le wifi mais en public donc connexion Internet assez lente.

Perfekt für zwei

Süße kleine Wohnung, ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Strand, eigener Parkplatz, kleine Küche. Für zwei Personen perfekt, es könnten aber auch ein Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern Platz finden. Tagsüber ist man eh unterwegs. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat noch während wir auf der Heimreise waren die Kaution erstattet. Trotz mangelnden Französischkenntnissen hat alles super geklappt.

PARFAIT !!!

Un bel appartement très bien équipé, très propre et ombragé. Idéal avec 2 enfants. Un accueil des propriétaires plus qu' agréable et tout ça dans une très belle région aux milles visites. Nous le recommandons et pensons y retourner. Merci pour tout M & Mme Brun Sébastien
