Spend your days soaking up some sunshine at this charming waterfront home on Lake Chelan. Enjoy the unobstructed views from within the home, patio, or wraparound deck. Featuring a private dock, there's a little something for everyone here. Cool down at the end of the day with the newly installed air-conditioning.


This home lies on the south shore of Lake Chelan, just a short drive from the Lake Chelan State Park, where there are hiking trails and a boat launch. Take a drive down the lake, and you'll find great wineries within eight miles and restaurants, shopping, and family fun at Slidewaters in downtown Chelan.

THINGS TO KNOW
The large firepit is not usable, but a smaller firepit is available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests may use the 25-foot dock. The water depth varies seasonally. No no ropes or other docking equipment is provided. Swimming is only permitted directly in front of the house.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
