Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM, however, `Quiet Time` in this development is effective 24 hours a day. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the proximity of the houses, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway. Parking at this house is available for 5 cars maximum, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Parking vehicles on the street (anywhere outside of the driveway) is against the HOA rules and you may be fined and/or towed, although brief unloading is allowed. All vehicles must be parked parallel and not horizontal or you may be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden and you may be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. Home Owner Association (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

5. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition.
