Nice house in a residential area, located in a dead calm.
Closed ground of 500m2, displayed full south without opposite.
Ground floor: Large sunny living room of 40m2 with large bays. Fully equipped kitchen. WC, laundry.
Floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms available with beds of 160x200cm including one with en-suite bathroom + 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 1 child. A 2nd bathroom with shower and washbasin. Independent toilet.
Direct access to the sea and the landing beaches in 15 minutes,
downtown 10mn, Memorial Caen 10mn, city bus 200m, tram 1km, all shops 500m. Bicycle or pedestrian paths and 18-hole golf course nearby.
For July and August, we rent the house for a minimum of 10 nights.

Normandy D-Day Accom

The Gate was a very homely, clean and well situated place for us to join in with the 80th D-Day Celebrations in Normandy. The Hosts Jean and Florence were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Will certainly stay again.

Very nice place to stay.

We were kindly welcomed by the owners Florence and Jean-Marie who gave us a detailled introduction. The lovely house is extremly well kept and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully eqipped and we had no problems finding pots and pans. We had a great week and even used the bus and tram to get into Caen. Thank you!

Nous étions une petite groupe d'américains qui a passé quatre soirs dans cette très belle propriété confortable pendant que nous avons visité la région Normande. Großartige Unterkunft!

Ein ganz wunderbares Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man ist schnell am Meer und genauso bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Normandie 2018

Wir fanden ein sehr sauberes, konvortabelles und technisch einwandferies Haus an. Alle Schränke befanden sich in einem sauberen und freien zustand.Bettwäsche und Handtücher, dufteten angenem frisch. Die Küche ist mit sehr annehmbaren Gegenständen gut ausgestattet. Die Gartenmöbel sind neu und befanden sich in einem guten Pflege Zustand, ebenso der Garten. Dieses freundliche Haus befinedet sich in einer schönen u. ruhigen Wohnlage, die aus allen Richtungen prima zu erreichen ist. Wir haben den stimmungsvollen Aufendhalt sehr genossen. Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen. Der Kontakt zu den Eheleuten Gautier( Vermieter) verlief unkomliziert u.wohl wollend. Gebildete Menschen zum mögen.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison qui n'est pas une maison dédiée à la location mais la maison des propriétaires. Elles est parfaitement entretenue et très bien équipée, en tous points conforme à la description. Jean-Marie et Florence nous ont accueillis chaleureusement malgré notre important retard pris sur la route. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la luminosité et la décoration soignée. Le jardin est exempt de toute nuisance sonore ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison située à proximité des principaux attraits touristiques de la région.

Casa fantástica en un gran entorno.

Casa fantástica y muy acogedora en un entorno muy bonito, cerca de las playas del desembarco y de pueblos maravillosos como Honfleur y Bayeux. Los propietarios también muy atentos, nos tenían todo preparado. Muy recomendable.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille (4 adultes, 1 enfant) dans cette maison située dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Tout était parfait, équipement, confort, propreté, tranquillité… Location conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons également apprécié le prêt des vélos, la mise à disposition d’un barbecue et les boissons fraiches misent à disposition à notre arrivée (tardive). Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons.
