This one bedroom apartment on the ground floor is completely restored with a full kitchen and laundry. This unit has everything you need for an extended stay.Walk out to the private garden from your living room. Located on one of the best streets in Old Town. You are just 3 blocks from the Harbor, home to the freshest seafood restaurant and the best happy hours on the island. Or Walk down to Duval street to experience the local music scene and bar hopping, restaurants and shopping. Located in a privately owned historic home.

This one bedroom has a California King and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. There is a 55" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom with cable and WiFi.

Outside enjoy the Tiki Bar for happy hour while sitting in the private garden, or jump in the hot tub to relax.

Close to everything, yet quaint and quiet, you will love your stay. We also have 2 other units in our home a 2 bedroom 1420448 and another 1 bedroom 1420515.

A secluded homey vibe

Such a cute and homey little place. The deck and hot tub were so relaxing. The place is immaculately clean. Slight musty smell upon arrival - Open windows cleared that. Owner, Bill is a very nice man. Other tenants also very nice. This place just says “old key west.”

Loved our stay at this hidden gem! Our own tropical oasis, & hot tub, too! Fenced in yard was a plus for our dog. Place has everything you need & more. Top notch location

Walking distance to the most interesting spots on Key West but has a back yard that feels like a tropical oasis. We rented bikes and did not need our car the month that we stayed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Internet speed is fast. The unit has everything that you might need for a short or a long stay.

Just what we wanted!

The place was so amazing, backyard perfect for us and our dog. Probably spent most of our time outside. Perfect location, we literally walked everywhere. Bill was so nice and responsive while also very respectful of our time away. So many fun things to do and so, plan to come back in 2023 to continue exploring the island.

Secret Garden Cottage

This Old Town Key West cottage was perfect for us during our stay with close proximity and walking/biking distance to Duval Street but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood. And..a great secret garden to relax in after a long day shopping or at the beach! Can’t wait to return!

Great place...great location and a hot tub!

This was the perfect location for staying in Old Town! Far enough away from Duval to be quiet, but an easy walk to the middle of the action and all of the amazing restaurants on the island. The place is clean and the hot tub was great for early mornings or cool nights. We hope to visit again!

Charming cottage with a GREAT private patio & garden area!!

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Key West during the holidays! Cute & cozy and the owner Bill, was very accommodating during our stay. It’s in a great location with several restaurants, shopping, Cemetery and the Historic Seaport within walking distance. We brought our bikes and rode them everywhere else! Our fur babies were traveling with us so the gated garden area was absolutely perfect for them! We loved the large glass doors that opened out to the private patio where we could enjoy coffee in the mornings and grilling out in the evenings. The hot tub was amazing! Especially the few evenings it got chilly (60 degrees is chilly for KW! 😜) We love visiting KW during the holidays, and having a great place to stay, made this trip one of the best!! Thank you!!
