This property is spectacular. From the moment we drove up and opened the door our expectations did not compare to what this amazing property actually had to offer. Everything was FIRST CLASS. And to have a parking space in this area was icing on the cake. Can’t wait to return and spend more time there.

Super location. Super apartment. Has all the amenities one would need. Quiet neighborhood & an easy walk to The Esplanade, The Village, shops, dining and, Trader Joe’s. This was our third stay here & we’ve already booked our stay for next year.

We stayed for 10 days during the Xmas holiday to visit our family. Very cozy apartment. Had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. Great location to walk to Rivera Village and the beach. The owners had bikes for us to use and we traveled the beaches several days on them.

Great Location

Love how walkable this location is. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store around the corner. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you would need!

I’ll never stay anywhere else!!

The house is extremely clean and everything you could want in a vacation rental! John is great to deal with and extremely accommodating!!! This will always be my go to place when I visit Redondo Beach, which is about 4 times a year!!

Almost beachside!

Spent a month at this delightful location. Just 1 block from the ocean with a peak-a-boo view of the water from the living room. Everything for a comfortable stay including nice neighbors and great accommodations. I plan to return next year!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three week stay at John’s place! Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee spots and the beach! Short drive to family in RPV. Rivera village

The apartment was amazing - we loved it! Very quite neighborhood & neighbors. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was extremely clean and had every amenity we needed for a perfect vacation stay. The location was ideal - only a half block to the beach. Can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you!
