Newly installed flooring throughout the house. The split floor plan allows for privacy and the spacious bedrooms with roomy closets provide a place for everyone's stuff. This house lives large with a full length, integrated Florida room with beautiful windows which invite the outdoors in for close to sqft 2,000 living space. The tranquil backyard was crafted as a retreat with multiple shade sails and a playground area for children. The landscaping is lush and includes fruits trees (orange, lemon, lime and papaya) The backyard is completely fenced. This home is near Arlington Park that offers an Olympia size lap size pool for only $2.00 - $4.00 / day and so much more (info in welcome book). At Phillippi Creek (near by) you can launch your kayak and canoe. So many things to do.
*We rarely accept a dog, but if your dog is exceptional good then please have it pre-approved. No reservations without pre-approval. A pet fee of $10.00/day applies plus a refundable pet security deposit.
*The home has been furnished by a professional interior designer. We have hypoallergenic pillows and all beds have comfortable gel memory foam mattresses.

Open layout with room to spread out

We enjoyed our time here . Our large family gathered for meals and it worked good to have us all in the kitchen cooking as well as join in the dining room to eat and play games . Loved all the windows to let the sunshine in but the curtains would only allow you to see through a small section. Was also nice to have gated back yard for children to play safely . The main areas were mostly clean but behind couches you would find dead lizards and spiders , heavy dust on the surfaces that werent touched often , and some dirty dishes in the cabinets. We just did extra cleaning while we were there and it was ok . They had sand items you could use - that was nice , and two fridge/freezers! Very handy . Dryer didnt heat so we used a clothesline , and had to buy extra washcloths as we only had 1 per person. The location was nice - central to all our needs. Customer service was quick to respond.

Excellent rental property

My family ages 9-67 enjoyed this property. The house was further from the beaches than we would have liked but the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The house was very well laid out, and we all thought that the beds were very comfortable.
