Pleasant house in the village of La Pironnière, near the wild coast. Ideal for holidays with its veranda and enclosed garden, it is located 400 meters from the sea, 2200 meters from Tanchet beach and 300 meters from shops (tobacconist, bakery, pharmacy, small market). On the ground floor: Living room with kitchen area - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed - a mezzanine - a shower room - WC.
Equipment: Fridge with freezer box, 2 hotplates, Microwave, Mini-oven, Washing machine, Dishwasher, TV, Parking, equipped veranda and terrace furniture.
One pet allowed. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towels €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required. Registration number: [hidden]

A évité

Logement sale et mal entretenu, mobilier datant des années 60 très mal en point, salle d'eau a rénover complétement. Store cassé, bane solaire cassée, ect.....nous avons partagé notre séjour avec la compagnie de plusieurs petites bêtes a plusieurs pattes. toiles d'araignées sous touts le meubles. Nous avons informer l'agence qui de son côté a prévenu les propriétaires qui ne voulais rien faire pour améliorer leur logement et notre séjour, avec preuve par photos personne n'a fait de geste commercial. Malheureusement nous aurions voulu vous faire partagé notre séjour dans cet établissements par photos, mais nous ne savons pas les annexés.

Superbes vacances

Maison agréable avec sa véranda et son petit jardin complètement entouré de haie. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, proche des sables d'olonnes par pistes cyclables et du petit bourg de la pironnière à pied. Nous sommes allés nous baigner chaque jour dans le bassin d'eau de mer à la chaume (voiture oblige ou à vélo pour les plus courageux).
