Le côté administratif est irréprochable...sauf que vous n'avez pas accès au compteur d'eau.... l'électricité et l'eau vous sont facturés le double du tarif pratiqué par les fournisseurs. Logement très mansardé (accès au lit à genoux pour un côté) sous velux très forte chaleur que vous pouvez minorer par l'utilisation d'un climatiseur...qui consomme l'électricité que l'on vous facture au double du prix (0,19€/kW) L'annonce ne comporte pas ces précisions

sejour à Damgan

Résidence calme compte tenu de la période de réservation et proximité de la mer donc nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous avons été bien accueillies. Nous n'avons peut être pas vu lors de notre réservation que la mezzanine était en "pan coupé" ce qui ne permet pas à un adulte d'y dormir. Seuls deux matelas d'une personne y sont posés. nous n'avions également pas vu que l'eau et l'électricité n'étaient pas inclus dans le prix de location. Sinon l'appartement est lumineux et nous nous y sommes plues.

Séjour à la résidence des ondines à Damgan,

Séjour agréable à deux pas de la plage,et ballades tout le long de la côte, bel endroit pour se ressourcer, reposant , location sympa avec mezzanine qui fait la joie des enfants, bien aménagé, et un propriétaire à l'écoute des ses hôtes, décoration sympa pour Halloween. Un séjour bien apprécié

Nous avons été trés bien accueillis à notre arrivée au logement sur Damgan , aprés avoir reçu le plan sans aucune difficulté .Quelques petits soucis à l'etat des lieux laissés par d'autres occupants et signalés envers le propriétaire qui nous a donné pleine satistaction et trés bien conseillés. La région est a découvrir et la période choisie nous a permis de faire de nombreuses visites Je recommande parfaitement cette location avec parking privé de MR MME Nasri toujours soucieux pour notre passage, en les remerciant vivement.

Un appartement agréable conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire nous a gâté pour Noël avec des lumières, des bougies ... nous sommes très contents, adresse à retenir.

C'était parfait et très calme en cette saison.

Logement parfait pour deux personnes adultes. Résidence très calme en cette saison, peut-être plus bruyante en plein été. Mais la localisation un peu à l'écart du centre de Damgan est idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute de ses locataires. Je recommande tout particulièrement cette location et je pense y revenir pour de futurs séjours.
