Very nice villa of 170m2 in a residential area where we're friends with most of our neighbors. House very well equipped, comfortable.
Barbecue, plancha, sunloungers, table and chairs!
Large living / dining / kitchen 80m2.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, fridge US)
4 bedrooms:
1 double bed 140/200, a double sofa bed, 1 child bed 70, a bed 90, 1 inflatable mattress 160/200 and 90 extra beds.
Baby equipment available (cot, highchair)
2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Laundry / utility room with washing machine, dryer.

The decor is contemporary and very nice.
The proximity of Bordeaux and ocean beaches making our super cool part of life. To discover!

Nice cozy house

It was a nice and cozy house with everything you need for a beautiful holiday. You need approx 20-30min to Bordeaux and 45min to the beach. The house is clean and the pool is big enough to have fun with and stay a day at the house of wanted.

Très jolie et spacieuse maison de plein pied.

La maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre. Les espaces collectifs sont vastes et lumineux. Le maison est très bien équipée. Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition. La literie est confortable. Le voisinage est calme et gentil. Les hôtes sont très sympas et disponibles. N’hésitez pas à les contacter pour des conseils de visite, de resto ou autres. La maison se situe entre l’océan et la ville de Bordeaux (40mn)
