Welcome to beautiful Villa Kulla! A house full of history and charm surrounded by a beautiful garden and sea view of lake Mälaren.
Here on the country side you will find peace and quiet. The house is large, airy and perfect for large families and groups.
Villa Kulla is a house of over 220 sqm with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, a dining room, a generously glazed veranda and a charming country kitchen.
The house is a traditional manor house that has been carefully renovated to meet the needs of a modern family but without losing the traditional charm.
The large glazed veranda is a Mediterranean oasis in miniature. Citrus, olive and figs love the sun and wind protected location! Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun, lunch in a quiet breeze from the ceiling fan and dinner from the barbecue corner 2. The pool is just steps from the veranda and has sun from early morning until late afternoon.
Guests have access to the whole place, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (3.6 * 6.25 m). There is also an outdoor sauna for guests free of charge.
The beautiful garden is filled with flowers, and the lawns are large and excellent for children to play on. There is also a trampoline and a playhouse with a large sandpit for the kids.
There is plenty of space to park several cars.
Indoors there is a tiled stove that can be used if desired.
In the house, guests are free to use everything. The kitchen is very well equipped and tea and coffee is provided free of charge.
WiFi is included at a speed up to 100 Mbit / s. There is a TV with YouTube & SVT Play .
Dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is included.

I am a woman from the north who spends a lot of my time chasing the sun on warmer latitudes.
When not working or travelling I like to spend time in my beautiful home on the Swedish countryside along with family and friends.
Things I cherish in life is family, music, a meal with friends and the warming rays of the sun. Raised next to the Mediterranean Sea made me love the way of living and the climate there, so I would say that's my favorite part of the world.
As my normal life is rather hectic I prefer to relax during my vacations. The sun, a beach if possible, a local tavern and a café on the sunny side of the street makes my day :)

What makes this property unique
You will love the glass framed veranda with the beautiful lake and pool-view. The sun rises here in the morning and you can enjoy its warming rays until late afternoon. The area is quiet and peaceful. At night time you can relax in the hammock enjoying the silence that only breaks by the owl's calls.
