You will be located in the heart of Taylors just off Historic Main St. and a stones throw from where the original train depot once was (active tracks). This beautiful1150 sq ft, updated, two bedroom, two bath (ensuite) second floor guest house with back patio area is centrally located to Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas.
You will be close to many conveniences- Target, Walmart, Starbucks, BiLo, Kohls, Texas Roadhouse, Rollerskating rink, Bowling, and many others.
An easy 15 min drive to downtown Greenville.

When you stay here you will enjoy a full kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, island with stools, and table and chairs for added seating or work space. Instant pot, toaster, hand mixer, coffee pot, keurig, and French press available. Help yourself to the coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages.

Relax in the large open living space with leather sofa, chair, and ottoman. Local history and rail highlighted with train/travel themed decor. Wifi and Firestick TV available.

Enjoy the privacy of a split floor plan, comfy queen size beds with white quality sheets/bedding in each of the two bedrooms. Two private ensuite bathrooms, one with shower, one with shower/tub combo. White luxury towels and linens, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

This is a second floor guest house with stairs over a four car garage with potential for noise from the near by train. Noise machines and ear plugs provided for your comfort and convenience.

There is a separate guest house on property. Please, do not block driveway and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.

Hosts are not far from property and will be around periodically tending to and maintaining the grounds, etc. We are easily reached with a call or text.

Home away from home!

Very comfortable home away from home

I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was very clean and it's very comfortable and homey. I expected smaller guest quarters, but it's a full, roomy apartment. The location was perfect for me, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Great property and location

The location of the property was good proximity to downtown Greenville and area of interest for us. Lovely backyard, perfect for the two of us. Natilee and Eric were amazing. They though of everything and easy to get a hold of if needed. They also want above and beyond. Our stay was great and would stay again. It is for sure a home away from home. Wow. What a beautiful property and location. We were in town for a wedding in Taylors and found this gem. The home was immaculate and very well appointed. Every need was anticipated and thoughtfully provided for. The beds- ahhhhmazing. Very comfortable, complete with white noise machines at the bedsides. We loved the nod to downtown Greenville with little mice figurines hidden in clever places. We appreciated all the effort and highly recommend this lovely home!

Home away from home

Pictures do not do this property justice, so I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were so comfortable that I should have looked to see who made the bedding and mattress! Everything we could possibly need was there and it was so clean. The hosts were in contact if we needed anything. Made for a prefect wedding weekend! The train was the icing on the cake, took us back to out home of 20 years and honestly, when inside its not that loud. I went outside to watch it go by as often as I could. And the train theme was awesome. Would recommend everyone to stay here if in the area.

The Pictures Don't Justify The Reality

When we arrived I quickly realized that this was definitely a bang for our buck. In short, you can tell that the management cared about both the property and the travelers as well. We enjoyed our stay and if I were to ever return to the area I'd look to book with them again.

The train is close and sometimes loud, but you get used to it. Not much to do in Taylors, but getting around is pretty easy. Close to Greer's, Greenville, etc.

Great get away

The property is even better than the pictures! You walk into a nice large open area that is so tastefully decorated. It has a very warm feel. Cleanliness is important to us and this place was immaculate! The beds were also very comfortable. One of our favorite spots was the patio. It was a really relaxing place to grill out and visit. The owner does address the trains in their description which is accurate. The trains do come through periodically during the day and night, but they have ear plugs at each night stand if you need them. Overall, it was a great rental.
