The balcony upstairs is complete with a fully equipped gym with free weights, elliptical, treadmill, weight resistance training equipment - all the bells, whistles and you could want to stay in shape plus a beautiful dry sauna. There are 3 additional beautiful, luxurious comfortable bedrooms upstairs with 2 king bed and one twin over queen bunk bed, closets, 3 full baths and private entrances. There is one more bedroom with king bed and shower downstairs. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 plus an additional 4 people or more can be accommodated if you fill every bed. There are 2 Queen airbeds and 4 pack and play and crib for infants or toddler.

There is another formal 8 dinning table inside.

Lovely, Spacious Home

This is a comfortable, well-supplied, kid-friendly home, situated in a very nice area with a nearby park and convenient shopping (Trader Joe’s, Rite Aid, several restaurants, etc.). Easy access to the I-5 to travel south to sites in San Diego or north to Legoland. We were a party of 8 adults and 5 young children and the home was spacious enough for us all to hang out and dine comfortably. The kids especially enjoyed the playroom and the backyard. We stayed over Christmas and into the new year and were pleasantly surprised by the festive holiday decorations both inside and outside the house. The owner met us for check-in and provided us with pertinent info about the house, as well as the area. We had a great time there and would definitely stay there again.

What a disappointment!

First off, this is no luxury home., rather a tract home stuffed with furniture to the point of obstructing normal movement. We were 16 people and depended on the listing of kid beds in every bedroom. None were found, leaving us with 5 beds for 16 people. Other deceptions: jacuzzi (none functioning) sauna (wedged into a corner of the upstairs loft so the door couldn’t be opened) kids games and beach items (all unusable. We had to buy beach items and TP and a coffee maker). The out doors was generally a mess, although the swing worked. That became a moot point when we discovered a mature rattle snake camped 10 feet from the back door!! To summarize,, this property was poorly cleaned, poorly maintained, and poorly supplied. I feel this property was falsely represented and not worth half of what we payed

The place is incredible. Hands down the best value-to-quality venue I've ever stayed at and I've been to more than a few. The photos are good, but they just don't do it justice. We all found the property delightful. The house had been recently remodeled with dark hardwood flooring in all the rooms upstairs/downstairs & stairs and it was perfectly clean. The furnishings are modern, beds are very confortable, stylistic and practical. Plentiful couches to relax on, a huge TV to enjoy, a granite kitchen, 5 bed, 5 1/2 baths, each room with private Bath and sauna/fitness upstairs, WIFI, two wooden dining table which easily seats 8 people each and Subzero Fridge. The whole stay was comfortable and fun. The house is close to amazing restaurants and bars at Pacific Highland Plaza, Del Mar plaza within 10 min drive. The neighborhood was serene, no loud noises or distractions. Quite frankly, if you want location, luxury, style, comfort and fun, then don't bother looking anywhere else, you just won't find it. Amazing!

This house is beautiful! My family and I had an amazing time here! Also, there was so much kids equipment in the back yard! It was like having their own park! Moreover, the owner was extremely nice and responsive! Absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay in San Diego!

Beautiful house! This was perfect for our extended family...lots of adults and young kids. The room full of toys and the backyard was kid heaven when we were at the house. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Conveniently located, too. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

A beautiful, very large luxury home

The Torrey Del Mar house is beautifully decorated—the furnishings and every inch of the five bedroom is perfectly cared for. There are five private suits with their own bathrooms and a spacious shared living room. The beds were like the one that you will find in the finest five stars hotel. State-of-the-art kitchen and appliances, wonderful landscaping and areas to read/relax and location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful. The most difficult part about being there is leaving. Couldn't have been nicer and we will certainly rent this lovely home again.

Great stay

Nothing but praise for this property and our stay there. There were 11 of us with 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for us all. When we returned from our days out ( San Diego zoo, Safari, beaches, aquarium, etc) we the adults were exhausted. The kids were still wound up so while we relaxed they entertained themselves in the backyard ( trampoline, toys, swings etc) or the playroom in the house again with plenty of activities available to them. All the sites we visited were within easy driving distance. The owner made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing! Would do again!

The property was beautiful, Spacious! Paradise! and very family friendly. First of all the communication with the owners and making arrangements / schedule /payment was excellent, which made planning of our time much easier. We enjoyed a last-minute stay and agreed this is the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. A 2 stories, 5 large Bed suites,5 1/2 baths (For 16 peoples!) The kitchen was equipped with everything! We were able to cook some exceptional meals. Great backyard and A/V entertainment. My family really enjoyed the house. The owners were very good at responding to our questions and help with suggestions. I highly recommend staying here to anyone! We even talked about visiting once a year and continuing to book the Torrey Del Mar House each time. Thank you for such a great place.

Torrey Del Mar property is absolutely wonderfull!

TheTorrey Del Mar property is absolutely georgious, very clean and convenient. All of the fun things you want to do on vacation is close by from beaches to shopping. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this property! 2 stories that is relaxed and comfortable, but luxurious with space and amenities. Our family of 8 adults and 4 kids slept comfortably for a week 5Bed,5 1/2 baths. The rooms each had 2+ beds to accommodate a mix of scenarios. Master has a king, 2 bed upstairs with king beds nad 1 bed upstairs with 2 twins. 1 bed suite downstairs with king bed. each suite room with a private bath, the rooms are plenty large, Upgraded Kitchen with granite countertops, subzero freezer, with everything needed to prepare and serve meals with 2 large table with 14 seats . The yard... with Trampoline, swing set will have kids of ages entertained for hours. Walking distance community park with BBQ/exercise area. The kids had so much fun. Our main time was spent on the playground, park, Del Mar beach . The property manager was very helpful throughout the stay. We look forward to staying there again.

Nice place, especially for a group of 8 adults

Loved the house. 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was the biggest reasons I choose this place over other rentals. Spacious family room and kitchen was great for meals. Gave the place 4 stars instead of 5 only because: a little too far from area attractions which added on a minimum of 20 minutes to the drive to any of our destinations. A couple of the major appliances need some slight repair: drier isn't working efficiently, springs on the dishwasher door need to be replaced. These were minor inconveniences

Family Time in SanDiego

This rental is absolutely wonderful! We came from Texas and we had family members meet us there from Northern California. We had 8 adults and 4 children and we were all very comfortable. Moe was very helpful from the beginning to the end. The home is spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare and serve meals. This home is very child friendly. They had enough to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely stay here again when we return!

awesome Torry Del Mar House

We stayed for $ nights. Moe met us at the house. He showed us around and showed how everything worked. The house is decorated beautifully. everything you see in the pictures is exactly how the house is. there is plenty of room, we were 5 adults 3 children and we had plenty of room. with each bedroom had its own bathroom. Moe is a very nice man so helpful with information where to shop, the resturents. We recommend this house for anyone to stay you will enjoy every minute. next time we are in San Diego we will hopefully stay at Moes house again.

What you see is what you get

We enjoyed our stay at Moe"s place. It was clean and convenient . There was 9 of us, and we were all able to have our own room and bathroom. Would recommend to anyway looking to stay in this area. Moe responds quickly to emails and phone calls which is appreciated. The neighborhood was very upscale and safe, which is nice to know when you are unfamiliar with the area.

Awesome Torrey Del Mar house, Fun summer vacation

Spent an amazing 7 days in San Diego with my husband, 4 kids, 3 nieces and mother-in-law. Our hosts were very hospitable, very friendly who welcomed us and told us places to visit. The description of the property was fair and it was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed staying there! So much space and so nicely decorated ! The owners were very generous and let us lend their computers and wireless network during our stay. We have no complaints whatsoever and can really recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again on a family vacation. The property is in a great location, close to everything and is definitely an excellent value relative to booking hotel rooms for the whole family. Thanks Mary

Best Summer Vacation! Lovely stay at Torrey Del Mar House

We were a party of 12 family members spending vacation in San Diego. Torrey Del Mar house was the perfect retreat for us. Everyone had their own area and we never felt crowded. The house is elegantly appointed and sparkling clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked for home meal preparation. We had a lovely dinner party out on the main patio one night, and family members were able to flow in and out of the kitchen and make themselves at home. Wonderful beaches/restaurants are within10 min drive in Del Mar, as is one of the nicest beaches in the area. Believe all of the reviews you read -- everything is true! the owner, was incredibly helpful, recommending several services that were needed for our vacation. She is fantastic to work with, and I never hesitated to contact her with questions. She responds immediately. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at Torrey Del Mar House. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

A stunning, beautiful, spacious, elegant, Fully-Equipped, Classic Family Home

Great Experience We were a family of eleven people and had plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. A really perfect place for us! It's a home that most of us could only dream of having! Plenty of rooms, very spacious and clean. The furnishings are high class and not cheaply made or thrown together with clean towels and linens. It was a joy staying here. The house is a beautiful with lots of rich character. We loved everything about this property, we all highly recommend this beautiful home.! We will certainly come back & stay longer next time, there is so much to do in San Diego!

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!

The Torrey Del Mar house is magnificent. It is beautifully decorated—the furnishings and every inch of the four bedroom is perfectly cared for. Comfort is an absolute certainty. The most difficult part about being there is leaving. Our kids loved spending tons of time in the backyard and at Torrey Del Mar park. There are four private suits with their own bathrooms and a spacious shared living room. The beds were like the one that you will find in the finest five stars hotel. State-of-the-art kitchen and appliances, wonderful landscaping and areas to read/relax and location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful. We were in town for one week and I wanted a place where we could spend an entire day together as a family without the need to leave the property and this was certainly the place. If you're planning on staying at Torrey Del Mar house then plan on being happy you made such a good decision. We look forward to coming back and would highly recommend it to others. Dan

Great House

We enjoyed the Torrey Del Mar home immensely. It was really beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It has a beautiful dining room which we used for several holiday meals. The kitchen/family room combination enabled us to cook a lot and still be able to enjoy being with the family. Right off the 56 Fwy. the location was perfect for either going north to Encinitas, straight across to Del Mar, or south to La Jolla. The backyard and also the exercise/playroom was a child's dream. Our little one at 3 and our big one at 12, as well as the adults all enjoyed the treehouse, tramboline, toys, games, books, foozeball, air hockey and all the exercise equipment. The owner was soooo very nice and easy to reach at all times. The massage chair in the family room was enjoyed by all of us.....there was always someone taking a turn in it. All in all it just couldn't have been nicer and we will certainly rent this lovely home again.

Torrey Del Mar House has everything anyone would ever want !

We stayed at Torrey Del Mar last week for the winter holidays and our stay was nothing short of AMAZING !! The Owner were fantastic. They worked with our busy schedule and were accommodating and helpful at every turn. They offered us assistance with everything, if we needed it, from sightseeing to directions, they were the nicest people ever. The pictures that we saw of the house did not do it justice. The house is immaculate and it was perfect for our family & friends. We were able to make collective dinners in an beautiful, large dining room, and completely stocked kitchen. The house had windows and skylights galore that allowed for amazing natural light to come into the house. The house is close to everything; many attractions including Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Balloon Rides, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Very close To Del Mar Beach, La Jolla Beachs, Del Mar Horse Racetrack, Del Mar Fair Grounds And Great Restaurants, Charming Shops, Del Mar Plaza In Downtown Del Mar. Lots Of Hiking Trails At The Torrey Pines State Park That Lead Down To The Beach, very nice recreation Torrey Del Mar park and the airport was only 30 minutes away or less. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and I can say that I haven’t slept that well in quite awhile, thanks to the fantastic beds in each bedroom. The owner made sure that the house was fully stocked from utensils to towels and bedding, we did not want for anything. When resting, we spent time relaxing in front of the massive 60 inch flat screen in the living room area, with a fitness area with Treadmill, Elliptical, weights....The back yard is perfect for the kids & adults with Huge Trampoline, Swing sets...upgraded Kitchen with Granite counters, wood flooring in the dinning, living area and stairs. On our departure day, The owners came and talked to us and I and shared some stories and refunds our deposit in full at the house. They were genuinely nice and better hosts than anyone would ask for. We hope that next year, when we return, that they will allow us to stay once again. Torrey Del Mar, owners give their guests an experience that will leave you wanting to come back over and over again. Thank you for such a great and welcoming experience and we will be back next year.
