The bedding is of excellent quality, opening onto a covered terrace on which there is a small equipped kitchen making it very easy to prepare meals. The rooms are in a house, but independent, located in a closed garden set back from the street and which allows parking cars safely. The swimming pool is accessible to tenants. It is a place that one does not imagine so close to the city center.

Neat little home away from home

Nicole and Richard were amazing and supportive. They were very patience with my zero French - I felt so welcome. Public transport (N1 line) is just at the front gate, convenience store is in a couple min of walk up the road. My room were so cosy with great view to the pool.. I would come back and stay again.

We had a lovely week staying with Nicole and Richard, an authentic experience and a tranquil setting. For those prospective English speaking guests: The place has all you need for an enjoyable stay. There are 2 adjacent rooms, one twin, one grande queen, both ensuite, with independant access. The kitchen is shared between both and is fully equipped, with the deck area where we enjoyed soirees together. There is secure parking, late night access with a gate code. For those not wanting to rent a car, the isles uber app.... zygo is affordable and collects from the gate. For those on a budget, seeking independance along with friendly assistance and interaction, staying here is a great option. We will return!

Home Away ? Eh bien avec Nicole et Richard le slogan est bien trouvé. Des hôtes particulièrement attentifs, ni trop présents ni trop distants et sympathiques. Cela à contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Côté hébergement, literie impeccable, chambre agréable en tout point,salle de bain fonctionnelle. La cuisine est équipé avec tous ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et faire des apéros. Le jardin et la piscine sont le plus qui rends le séjour encore plus idyllique sous cette latitude. Merci encore à Richard d'être toujours aussi jeune et à Nicole pour son soutien et sa gentillesse. Exceptionnel !

Relaxing nice place.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay and enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor setting. Shops and domestic airport close by for your convenience. Save parking for your car and Nicoll and Richard are absolutely lovely and accommodating. We would stay again with no problem.

Notre séjour à Ouemo

Nous avons été étonnés du libellé de l'annonce: studio de 60 m2, en fait il s'agit d'une chambre indépendante avec douche et toilettes d'environ 10 m2, donnant sur une terrasse qui donne elle même sur un grand abri de jardin transformé en cuisine ouverte que nous partageons ainsi que l'unique frigo avec les locataires de la chambre mitoyenne de la nôtre. Ceci dit, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très serviables, Richard le mari est un homme adorable. Pour conclure: séjour satisfaisant, locaux très propres, propriétaires très sympa, simple petit bémol: annonce un peu ambigue. Michel Moroy

Très bon emplacement sur noumea. A la fois proche du centre et de l’exterieur de la ville. La maison est magnifique et vous pourrez profiter de la piscine des propriétaires qui sont adorables et pleins de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement je n’aurais trouver de meilleur endroit pour vivre mon expérience calédonienne.
