Elegant Cammi’s Retreat in the perfect location

Cammi’s Retreat located just a few miles from the trout waters of Bennett Spring State Park and the beautiful Niangua River. Bedroom 1 —1 queen bed, bedroom 2 —2 full size beds, living room also has a full size futon. Large covered front porch, back deck with bbq grill and fire pit in backyard. Fenced in yard. Full kitchen with all amenites—stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Also includes laundry room. TV. There is no WiFi however guests are welcome to use all facilities at Sand Spring Resort and Canoe LLC—WiFi, swimming pool, hot tub playground, river access, restaurant, and there is free shuttles for floating activities on the Niangua, with prior arrangements. Rental is $250/night with a 2 night minimum

We stayed at Cammi's Retreat for the weekend, great house, great communication and had a great time floating the Niangua!

Nice house

I was a little worried when I pulled up, mostly due to the house next to it, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and had a pleasant stay.

Conveniently located near Bennett Springs.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is an older property that’s been nicely remodeled and impeccably clean. There are 2 BRs and the living room served as a third BR with a couch and futon that accommodated our teenage boys. The home is located about 10-15 minutes from Sand Spring Resort and the state park. The property is conveniently located - the trade off being it’s on MO-64, situated near the road, which is busy and can be noisy from passing vehicles. There is a nice fenced yard in the back and a convenience store across the street.

The rooms inside were clean and nice; however we did have to clean the outside table off and the chairs around the fire pit had to be cleaned. This home is a great place for I'd say a family of possibly 4; however due to the only having one bathroom it really doesn't easily accommodate a family of 8....the home would really benefit adding a sink and stool in the laundry room for the customers convenience; this would make the home an excellent place to stay then.
