This condo is about 1 mile north of Bryant Denny Stadium (20 minutes walking)! Land of Oz is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 guests! The condo has stunning views of the Black Warrior River that can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio!

The kitchen overlooks the living room and there are 4 barstools at the counter to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen has all the equipment you may need to create a delicious meal or game day appetizers! The main living area has plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! You can spend time on the gorgeous patio that overlooks the river. Outside there is comfy seating and a dining table, along with a gas grill and propane fire-pit table and TV!

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has a Queen bed. All three bedrooms have their own TV. There is a highchair & pack-n-play available and stored within the unit.

Located in the desirable Riverwalk Complex in Tuscaloosa, this property offers convenient access to a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and local attractions. Enjoy stunning views of the scenic Tuscaloosa Riverwalk and Black Warrior River, which features a meandering walking trail, a family-friendly playground, a relaxing pavilion, and easy walking access to the popular Tuscaloosa RiverMarket. Perfect for travelers or families looking to stay near the riverfront, dining, and entertainment in Tuscaloosa.

Parking: Please note that this unit only has 1 designated parking pass. Any extra cars will have to park in overflow parking. Overflow parking is not guaranteed and available on a first come first serve basis.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
