All our units are thoroughly cleaned for your protection after all guests leave.
Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

The condo was great. The view of the beach and ocean were clear and close. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Open the deck sliders and hear the surf. We enjoyed the deck chairs watching the beach and the surf. The owner was agreeable and responsive. I will stay here again in the future

The restraunt/bar on the corner is very loud. Parking in the back seems sketchy, but the condo is super cute & has an awesome beach view with access. Can hear the waves from the condo. Saw a Palmetto bug.

So sorry about the noise from the restaurant, the details say that it is in an active downtown area. The condos are sprayed on a regular basis, but those Palmetto bugs are always around in Fla. I am glad you enjoyed most of your stay with us. The view is amazing! Jean

Nice Beach

Had a really great stay which started with the absolute best communication. Wall out access to the beach, beautiful ocean view and the rocket launches were amazing. The only downside was the bar next door with the music going until 2am. Even that would not keep us from staying there again tho.

WOW!

From start to finish Jean was a great host. The location of this property is everything. Close to anything you need. But most importantly steps to the beach. There were even beach supplies if needed, chairs, umbrellas and wakeboards.
