RURAL HOUSE / RURAL ACCOMMODATION VILLA MARA, In rural area, quiet and peaceful, between oaks and cork oaks (dehesa), in a villa of 6. 000m2 fenced, with a saline pool of recent construction (2015) and fenced to prevent falls of children . Due to its strategic location, it is located between the provinces of Cordoba and Seville, it is ideal to visit these cities, its monumental, gastronomy, museums, shows, theaters ... and less than 1 hour away by car.

It is located in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, 1.5 km from the Puebla de los Infantes, 80 km from Seville and 64 km from Cordoba, recently built, 2012, equipped with all the amenities of today such as free wifi, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, has a large living room with air conditioning / heating, fireplace, three bedrooms with air conditioning / heating, one with double bed and one of 1.05 and two with two bunk beds each, 11 seats. Mosquito nets on all windows. Spacious bathroom with double sink and hairdryer. Cot and two high chairs. Seasonal salt water pool, barbecue, swings with padded floor.

Free parking Hiking trails. Practice of the sport of Paragliding and Paramotor. Two reservoirs José Torán and Retortillo where you can practice river fishing.

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Vermieter

Sehr erholsame, ländliche Gegend mit Ausblick in eine wunderschöne Landschaft (Nationalparknähe). Wir wurden hier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das gemütliche und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Haus mit eigenem Salzwasserpool und großem, komplett umzäunten Garten läßt keine Wünsche offen. Auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet, da der Pool abschließbar eingezäunt ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen!!

Nos encanto encontrar la chimenea encendida al recibirnos en la casa.Todo perfecto, ideal para los niños, pues estaba la piscina cerrada con llave de seguridad y fue una tranquilidad para todos.Amplitud, comodidad y tranquilidad es lo que puedo comentar como lo mejor de la estancia.volveremos.
