Located Beach Front in the heart of St George Island these lovely seaside cottages will offer a vacation always to remember. This home features 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen., condiments not included. open porch from living area, porch off master bedroom and much more. The community pool with the hammocks and palm trees makes a great place to relax. Sorry no smoking! No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6. Pool is heated in March, April, May, September and October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January or February. High chair and Pac N Play provided. Smart TV's are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Cable TV is not longer provided. Internet is provided at the highest speed offered by the company. You must have your own streaming account.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this condo on St. George Island. We had two young children, two adults, and two seniors in our party. I was nervous at first to have the kids sleeping in the loft on the top level- the stairs are steep. It was ultimately no problem for my kids but I wouldn’t recommend that sleeping arrangement for children under age 3 or 4. We loved having two levels of balconies and our own private boardwalk to the beach.The view was spectacular, and so was the stargazing. Just a heads up - when you are downstairs in the bedrooms you can hear every step that anyone takes up on the main level. The condo complex is picturesque and the pool area is clean and inviting. The beach is huge and beautiful - there was no seaweed to be found the week we were there, and it wasn’t crowded. Location of the condo could not be better- you’re close to EVERYTHING and yet it doesn’t feel crowded/touristy. The house rule book is a lot to take in, but pay attention to anything mentioning what you should bring with you (towels, flashlights) - I’m glad I did because there’s no way we would have survived on one towel per person. Don’t expect a super reliable internet connection on the island in general - part of the charm of SGI is disconnecting from it all. We would absolutely stay in this place again, and that’s not something I say very often.

My favorite place was the deck. It was unusually cold during our stay but still managed a daily walk on the beach. The unit contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Visit to St. George Island

We were looking forward to a beach vacation and this property met our expectations. The community pool was fun for our grandchildren. We were very close to the island's restaurants, which were very good.

Did not disappoint!

This was our first trip to St. George Island. Normally we go to Destin or Navarre. The location was perfect! The house was tidy and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was beautiful and wasn't crowded. We are already looking into booking again for next summer!
