I can’t imagine a better location. In the heart of Traverse City. With the calm and quiet movement of the Boardman River right outside your window from the 1st and 2nd floors. In inclement weather you can walk right from the garage into the kitchen. No stairs to the living area just to the bedrooms. Wish I could rent it again. Oh, I wish, I wish!

Beach house in the City

Had a very peaceful stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Steps from breweries and only a couple blocks from downtown. What a wonderful 35 day stay.

Just what we needed

This is a clean, spacious, comfortable property in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. During our month there in October, we explored so much of the great beauty of northern Michigan and it was wonderful to return to this special “home” at the end of each day.

This is a wonderful, spacious, and cozy property. It was an excellent unit very close to downtown Traverse City. It’s very convenient to many places, and if you eat out often, it’s ideal; even if you don't, it offers a lovely setting on the Boardman River for meals. There is some homeless activity nearby, and you will also hear trash dumpsters being emptied early in the morning from nearby restaurants; that was the only downside overall. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic property, especially if you want to explore the Grand Traverse area, thanks to its central location—one of the best VRBO properties we've rented so far.

Riverfront Condo

This property is excellent for a long stay.....as we stayed here for four weeks. Construction on the downtown Traverse City bridges made getting around a little tricky.

Absolutely perfect!

We frequently travel for our work and stay in many rental homes/condos. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had to date. The condo was well appointed, spacious and in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and downtown attractions. The management company was friendly and professional, always quick to respond. I look forward to staying here again.
