Large family home (sleeps 15) and rustic on 4 ha of land and forest. Ideal large family. Near the medieval village of Boulieu les Annonay, this 18th century property is an ideal place for family holidays. The proximity of the Pilat Regional Natural Park allows you to take long walks or mountain bikes; the municipal swimming pool and the tennis courts of Annonay are a few kilometers away and rarely visited. A first flight in a hot air balloon will leave you with unforgettable memories, unless you prefer to visit the Peaugres animal park. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / shower room, 1 large kitchen, reception lounge and dining room, a large library and a games room with table tennis table. Great playground for children, this place
will allow parents to alternate sports activities and idleness in the shade of lime trees.
