Just a fun trip!

We stayed with my Mom, sister, and my 3 month old/ 2 year old and it was a comfy stay! Each adult got a bed and it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location!Clean! There was a chair in the living room that was broken. There was an electrical problem in the kitchen as proven by a flickering oven light (when no one was in the kitchen) intermittent outlet operation. (Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t). The apartment was lovely though. Maintenance crew was replacing outdoor carpeting-I get that. I told the worker we would not use the patio door after 9a.m. My granddaughter and I went to the hot tub and were literally “tied “in to the pool area. We were not allowed to walk back to our room. This was after I’d spoken to the maintenance crew.After they let us out we walked around the building to get back to our apartment. I checked out and expressed my concerns to the front desk staff. She was lovely.

Perfect location

Jump in the lake just off the patio or take a dip in the pool around the corner of the unit. We fished in the morning. The stay was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a golf outing We had 4 rooms all on the deck, made for a great gathering spot with BBQ right out side the room

Unbelievably terrible cancellation policy

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grandview refused to refund my money. I had a death in my immediate family and needed to cancel. Windemere refused to refund the money.They did however tell me I could move my stay to the summer months and pay the difference of $500. Wow what a great deal! Guy on the phone was a total idiot.

Everything in our room worked and was in good condition. Fridge had ice maker which is always a bonus.
