This is a One Bedroom Large/ One Bath Condo with an open concept floor plan which is larger than the standard 1 Bedroom Condos at Jetty East. King Size Bed in Master and Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. Bring in the tropical breeze through the Large Open Balcony where you can spend many relaxing hours.
The Living and Dining area and the Bedroom has Carpet; the Kitchen, Bath, and Foyer have Ceramic Tile. Stay cool in the Bedroom with a Ceiling Fan. There is direct access into the Bathroom from the Bedroom or Living Area.

Jetty East is currently undergoing center stairwell replacement that could go until June 15th. Elevators and two additional stairwells are available along with a temporary center stairwell while the work is being completed. Work should not impact access to beach or units. Any noise, if not minimal, will not be a constant and is only permitted Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please message host for more details if needed.

Yes, the check in was super quick.We got into the room immediately, and it was better that I thought it was gonna be.It is completely updated.It's big, it's gorgeous, it's decorated beautifully.And I cannot wait to stay there again.

Spring Break 2024

We have been visiting Jetty East for many years and always enjoy our stay. This time was Spring Break which changed the dynamics of the property, lots of loud kids and a few parents NOT supervising them!!! That being said, the pool chairs were completely unavailable for the majority of the guests (even though it states on the "rules of the pool" that chairs cannot be saved. The hot tub was a nightmare....at times 12 or more kids in it! I would highly recommend visiting Jetty East AFTER the first full week of April!!!! As far as our unit, 112A, the king bed was VERY HARD....like laying on a slab of cement! The toilet needs updating to a taller one, we felt like we were sitting on the floor! The shower/tub was VERY tall and difficult to get into. Thank goodness for handicap handrails to get into it for showering! If anyone with hip or knee troubles, this bathroom would be very hard to navigate! Other than the bed and bathroom situation, the unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our weeks stay. We will be returning in the future for a get-away to the beautiful beach and lovely pool of Jetty East.....just a different week and a different unit!!

Spring break

Only problem we had was the air and it was fixed the next day, while we were out on the beach enjoying our day. We did not have to sit inside and waste a day on maintenance coming. Awesome

Nice property in a convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at Unit 112A at Jetty East. Overall the condo was nicely furnished and in excellent condition. We had one night with a lot of noise from the lobby area below us - but security was able to get under control fairly quickly. We also reported a couple of electrical issues (not a big deal to us, but wanted to give the property managers an opportunity to make repairs before the next guests arrived). The dining room overhead light stopped working, and there were outlets in the bathroom and bedroom that also did not work. Very nice property overall that we recommend..
