About this property

Charming three room casita in the heart of Los Ranchos de ABQ - Pets Welcome

Plenty of parking for large vehicles and trailers on the property. This 3 room suite is situated on an acre lot with plenty of space to relax. Garden view out of the front bay window in the eating area. Separate room with a sofa and TV, the third room is the bedroom with wardrobe. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, and induction cooktop.

Balloon Fiesta, Oldtown, and plenty of Antique stores are very close by. Walking/Riding paths are a half-block away, with the Bosque a block away. We even have bikes for your use should you want to ride to the Bosque or the brewery that is close by.

Great especially if you are traveling with a dog.

Hosts provided food and water bowls for our dog and had a fenced yard where she could play. We so appreciate that our dog was not just tolerated but welcomed.
