Welcome to our custom Craftsman in the exclusive Maritime Eastport section of Annapolis. Surrounded by the city's best restaurants (Ruth's Chris, ChartHouse, Vin 909 and many, many others) as well as home to some very famous neighbors it's one of the most desirable locations in town. A short stroll across a quaint drawbridge and your downtown for shopping and USNA. Very spacious home with 4 bedrooms 4 baths, parking for 4 cars and a pool table. Truly a million plus dollar property!

Custom built in 2014 it's one of a kind and spotless. Ideal for two families with 4 full bathrooms and two living areas and a large walkout basement with a pool table . First floor master suite , 3 bedrooms upstairs with a pull out in threefold living room area. Pool table , sofas and full bathroom in walk out basement . Fantastic water views of AYC , USNA , Spa Creek and downtown. We back up to the brand new exclusive South Annapolis Yacht Center where all the mega yachts dock.

The back area leads to a the exclusive South Annapolis Yacht Center that is getting renovated and rebuilt as of March 2019. Construction is finished behind us and further down the peninsula . Great Spa creek water views of The Bridge downtown AYC and USNA

The house was in great shape, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The only issue we had was with the TV. We could not get any stations other than the 3 main stations….its possible we missed something? Unfortunately, we didn’t bring our own fire stick which would have helped. Otherwise, great house and stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean! It was just me and my wife, so we didn't use the upstairs which had a lot of room for other adults and children. The location was perfect! we walked everywhere, including to the Naval Academy, numerous restaurants (the Boatyard and Carols Creek Cafe) was our favorites, and shopping. The owners are great with providing all of the essentials you need. We were very happy and would highly recommend this beautiful home, and it is in a very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood.

AMAZING!

Pictures do not give justice to how awesome this home is! Close to everything, walking distance to downtown, very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking in a town where parking is tough. Truly an amazing place to stay.

The house was great for our company meet and house the out of state employees. The street is quiet, but close to everything in a short drive if it was warmer, we probably would have walked to a few restaurants as well

I don’t often leave reviews, but I was truly impressed with this home. It was extremely clean, very spacious, and the beds were especially comfortable. You can tell the owners put care into the little details that made the stay feel easy and welcoming. I'm very particular, and this place exceeded my expectations. I hope to stay here again on future visits to Annapolis.

This property was perfect for us to visit our daughter at USNA. It was a short drive or about a 15 minute walk to Gate 1. The home had plenty of space and was beautiful. We would love to stay there again!

Great experience perfect location! Weather you stay in Eastport which has so much to offer, great food, brewery and so much more! Or a short walk across the bridge onto Dock street, Chop tank, Pussers, the Naval Academy and best crabs ever!!! and just see the sites!! Great location for all of it!
