In a lovely quiet village, nice little house on family property, located 2 hours 15 from Paris by A6 exit Nitry (21) or exit Avallon (22), 25 minutes of Chablis cellars and 1 hour from Dijon.
A 7 km from Avallon or you will find all essential shops and services. (Hypermarkets, bakeries, post office etc ...)
The house is equipped with all comforts for a good holiday with a quality very nice and quiet stays.
Rental for 2 to 4 adults.
On the ground floor :
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, table-top refrigerator and all accessories for cooking.
Lounge, sofa bed (for your guests last minute) and closet.
Dining Area.
Bathroom, sink, toilet and shower.
Upstairs :
Large bedroom: double bed, folding bed (Fitou) 2 places for children.
Sitting area: Sofa and TV
pool Access:
The family pool is graciously loaned to you during your stay in the summer, children will necessarily be accompanied by an adult.
Despite all the attention paid to satisfy you and for the total success of your stay with us, in case of danger of malfunction, damage or health problems, we reserve the right to close its access without proof.
The tenant will have no recourse against the owner in case of forced closing of the latter.
