2013 built, very clean and like new, family friendly, ocean view suite located downtown Parksville in a quiet cul-de-sac, a minute's walk from the beach. Enjoy your coffee or wine with a beautiful view of the Georgia Strait from the private deck. Free WiFi, Optik TV, Netflix. Kitchenette, Fridge, Air conditioned. More information The space Our guesthouse is a private, fully self-contained 500 sq. ft. suite comprising 1 bedroom, living / dining room / kitchenette, and a bathroom with bath & shower. Private entrance is via stairs to a deck at the side of the house where you can sit and enjoy beautiful sunrises with your coffee or sunsets with your favourite wine. A starter breakfast / food pack is provided, including fruit, baking, cereal & milk, fresh ground coffee & tea. Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash is also available for your use. We also have a baby cot available (at no extra cost for the baby or the cot!!) Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Fridge with top freezer, air fryer oven, Countertop Stove. Free Wifi, Telus Optik TV, Sony Smart Apps including Netflix etc. Guest access Private entrance is via stairs to the ocean & mountain view deck at the side of the house. We can arrange for a key to be left for you if we are not home when you arrive. Interaction with guests We always try to meet and greet our guests, or at least bump into one another during your stay, but if we can’t, access is gained using a lockbox on the property. Other things to note Early check-in should be fine if pre-arranged, or if there was no same-day checkout.

I absolutely loved the place and the hosts were very approachable and friendly. It was perfect for me in every way, but most importantly it was very peaceful. I felt this awesome connection to the space, making me feel like I was back at home. My next trip to the Parksville area will definitely include “Potters View Guesthouse”.

The guesthouse was very clean and tidy and in a super location! The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals. As an fyi, as other reviews mentioned, the bed was quite firm, and the sofa was very soft. The hosts communicated well with us and we had no trouble checking in or out.They even welcomed us with some freshly made cinnimon buns!A comfortable quiet place to stay on our working holiday.

Great location. Everything you needed was right at hand, kitchen well equipped for holiday . Very quiet, sleeps were comfortable. Would definitely stay again when that way if possible.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this spot! Great location, close to all the things we wanted to see in a weekend. The suite is very cozy and well laid out. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook a basic meal. The view was beautiful and the addition of the cat Yoshi lounging in the driveway and visiting us made it feel like home. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again someday.

Check in was easy. It was close to the beach and nice and quiet! The couch that converts into a bed did the job, but it was oddly-shaped:) still all beds were comfortable. I liked the table and chairs outside on the little patio. The dishrack was bigger than it’s tray, but we made do. It was a nice space and again I really enjoyed the quiet!! Check out was breezy. Briefly met the host, she seems nice and is friendly. Would stay there again!
