The Tuscany you've always dreamed of living, the one you've always wanted to enjoy ..
Wonderful rustic house located in the heart of Tuscany in a mountain village called Casabasciana; Giannini house has been renovated and enabled to accommodate families or groups.
House with 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 with three beds), 3 bathrooms (one of them en suite), large and cozy living room, kitchen with fireplace, basement and a balcony with an unbeatable view.
We have just installed a Pellet stove for winter.
Comfortable, fresh and cozy.
The room on the top floor is an adjoining room that has three beds (bathroom en suite) that allows children to be monitored in case we are talking about families.
The town is safe and its friendly inhabitants allow children to walk and play freely without parents having to worry.
The location of the town is strategic as it is close to the thermal baths of “Bagni di lucca” (just 6 km away from www. termebagnidilucca. It) as well as the river where it is possible to practice water activities such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning or Mountain bike thanks to the “Rockonda” school www. Rockonda Item .
25 km away you will find the ski resort “Abetone”.
At 30 km the wonderful city of Lucca.
At 40 km the Sea of Versilia.
At 60 km Pisa.
At 80 km Florence.
