A top floor(6th floor) Fraser Crossing Studio - great views of the Winter Park Resort and within 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.
This unit has 443 square feet and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental. This bright studio has vaulted ceilings to expand the size of the condo. The unit have some interior upgrades and makes for a cozy contemporary lodging choice; granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.
In the open floor plan, the living room there is a new 50" flat screen TV with BluRay player, gas fireplace, king bed, comfortable sofa with a hide-a-bed and a dining table with chairs
The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.
This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Amenities on property: Main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, paid heated underground parking, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck (CLOSED) that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub (CLOSED), barbecue grille (CLOSED), outdoor fireplace (CLOSED), and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
