Luxury villa with a beautiful view! We welcome you to our Desert Falls Villa … your home away from home, where you can enjoy near perfect weather year round.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath single-level villa is tastefully updated with all *new* contemporary furnishings to exemplify the casual & relaxing desert lifestyle. No steps in or out of this villa, and no upstairs neighbor. The villa features new remodeled kitchen and appliances, new paint, large tile flooring throughout, a large open living room with new 65-inch TV, formal dining room with sitting for 6; large and bright open kitchen connecting to an intimate dinette area with sitting for 4; spacious master bedroom (king bed) with built-in closets and ensuite bath, and a second bedroom with a full separate bath.

Enjoy the spectacular and breathtaking views, majestic and panoramic mountains from inside the villa, or from the patio. The living room has glass sliders allowing brilliant sunshine, and there is a fireplace for those cozier nights. You may also access the patio from the master bedroom. Enjoy the desert evenings while lounging on the patio and grill your dinners on the gas BBQ.

Laundry room is located in the villa for easy access, with a full size washer and dryer. The 1330 sq. ft. spacious corner-villa is nestled in a park-like setting, surrounded by a large greenbelt, trees, and just steps from two of the 25 community pools. A detached double-car garage is available, along with plenty of parking on our long driveway.


Cable TV and fast high speed internet/Wi-Fi is included with our rental. This is resort living at its finest! All of our guests enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, nine lighted tennis courts and use of the club house and dining facilities. Golf on the beautiful 18 hole championship Robert Fream designed course is available for a fee. Desert Falls CC has been named one of the 10 best courses by the SCPGA and was also awarded a 4 star rating by Golf Digest magazine. Desert Falls is easily accessible from the 10 Fwy, close to shopping, great restaurants, golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions – including world class dining and shopping experience on the renowned El Paseo Drive. It is also a short drive to the hip and trendy Palm Canyon Drive in glamorous Palm Springs. If you are up to serious shopping, the Cabazon Premium Outlets are appx 30-40 mins away.

Wonderful month in Dessert Falls

The property is exactly as advertised. The house is extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you will need . Barbecue was also excellent. A very nice quiet spot in a very well located community. Close to El Paseo and easy access to main roads around Palm Desert. The owner is extremely responsive and sincerely cares about you enjoying your stay. We will be back.

Very nice

Nice unit, very clean. Needs a bit of attention, replacing burned out light bulbs, declutter the kitchen, shelves in the pantry, gas in the grill. We were there 3 weeks. Other rentals we've had provided a spice rack, only salt and pepper here. Everything is scented. As a person with allergies, would appreciate it if there were no scents. The location is very convenient and the grounds beautiful.

Great House!

This was a really great house for us. Clean and bright and right on the golf course. We could sit and watch the golfers tee off and enjoy the hummingbirds. The house had everything we needed for our two-week stay. Maritza was a terrific host. She was responsive and helpful. A couple of times, we had questions and she responded within minutes. Very helpful and cheerful.

First time at Desert Falls

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable and well equipped townhouse. It was an end unit and one level, so no one was above you. Being right on the fairway gave us great views of the course. Facing south also meant wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Communication with the owner was the best we have experienced. We liked it so much we are returning next year.

Perfect!

This was the perfect apartment for a week-long trip to Palm Desert. The unit was clean, private, and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the views were unbelievable. Nice unit!

The unit was well stocked, clean and has a beautiful view of the golf course. The only recommendations I can think of are to repair/replace the front door lock as we struggled with it. The second would be having the HOA board reassess their sprinter van regulations/rules for the guests. The owner promptly took care of any issues we encountered regarding our van. Thank you for the nice week in the desert.

November getaway

Beautifully updated condo, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with. We cooked a lot at home because of the pandemic and this property is close to many stores. Also, the on site golf course was reasonable to play, in good condition and fun to play. Will stay here again soon!

Relaxing 3 week vacation

Maritza’s home is the perfect location for golf lovers. Watch the golfers tee off all day long or enjoy playing yourself. Her home is clean and very well equipped. We experienced internet and wifi problems when we arrived. Maritza arranged for the technician to come promptly. Her home is very and clean and comfortable. Pool is very close, clear and clean. Clubhouse open to all with tasty meals. Thanks for letting us share.

Awesome place to stay

Maritza's villa was the cleanest, most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen or on the grill and had every pot, pan and utensil we needed. The kitchen is updated and has good quality, clean appliances. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, the living and dining areas are spacious and have high ceilings. The living room has a large TV with all of the channels you would want. Pools are very close by. Desert Falls is a really nice community to stay in and centrally located. Maritza was a pleasure to deal with. All in all, an excellent vacation rental and we highly recommend.

Loved this property!

We loved our stay here! This condo is newly renovated and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is gorgeous, very well equipped with new appliances and a lovely eating nook. The beds are very comfortable and the towels and linens are of high quality. There are fans over the beds which are helpful in the hotter weather. It is a quiet spot and easy to have a great sleep! The outdoor sitting area has a roll-out awning which is lovely for extra shade and we found watching the golfers very entertaining. Besides the golfers teeing off in front of you, the area is very private from other condos. We weren't bothered by the golfers as they are very focused on their game and often didn't even notice us. The condo was clean upon arrival and exactly as the photos show. The owner was always helpful and accommodating. It was obvious she wanted our stay to be great! We used the gym (for free) and it was very well equipped. There are lots of pools (with hot tubs) to choose from, each with great seating and cleaned every day. We will stay here again!

Newly renovated and in a great gated community

This unit has a brand new kitchen and nice upgrades done to the living/ dining area. The bedrooms are spacious and the master bed very comfortable (didn't use the second bedroom). There is lots of closet space and linens/towels. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware - and the knives were sharp! The unit is in a really nice and friendly gated community with a gym that we used almost every day (included in the cost of the rental). There are tennis courts, pickle ball, restaurant and of course the golf course. We took golf lessons at the course and ate at the restaurant a couple of times. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the unit does back onto a tee box. As new golfers we enjoyed watching, but it takes away some of your privacy. The master bedroom shower is a little tricky to get into (a step over a wide tub), but the second bathroom has a walk in. If I could give half stars I would give it 4 1/2 stars.
