Apartment of 67 m2 renovated in 2008, modern and very bright with a superb sea view, old port of Rosmeur. Douarnenez is an authentic fishing port at the bottom of the bay of Douarnenez in Brittany.
Kitchen open to the main room, fully equipped: Oven, induction hob. hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.
Large bright living room open to the sea and 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) with garden view.

Great location, perfect views.

A comfortable, light apartment in the perfect location to enjoy the comings and goings in the port. We enjoyed swimming off the slip below and walking to the two nearby beaches. We also spent hours just looking at the view which changes constantly and sketching the boats. A decent 8 till 8 mini supermarket is 5 minutes' walk away and we didn't really need to use the car at all. Very easy and prompt communication with the owners and caretaker. An excellent stay. Thank you.

Vraiment désolé pour vos problèmes de stationnement. Noter qu'en cas de difficulté dans la rue ou à la place réservée au parking sous-terrain, il y a un stationnement municipal gratuit à quelques minutes à pied (250m).

En famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 12 ans, nous avons tous adoré notre séjour à l'appartement pour sa vue exceptionnelle et son ambiance bord de mer côté séjour/cuisine et son calme côté chambre. Tout est à proximité : les baignades, les balades dans les rochers, les halles et boutiques. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, tout était parfait! Nous espérons vivement y retourner pour un prochain séjour.

Lage und Aussicht wie im Inserat beschrieben.

Aussicht und Lage waren perfekt, allerdings waren nur zwei Restaurants im Umfeld geöffnet. Die Tiefgarage ist mit einiger Steuerkunst und Geduld sehr gut nutzbar. Allerdings: Dusche, Kunststoffkabine mit kaum bedienbaren Armaturen, schon bei Übergabe wurde eine Abflussverstopfung avisiert, was auch passiert ist; "Abflussfrei" ist vorhanden. Toilette ist falsch installiert, so dass bei einer Körpergröße spätestens über 1.75cm, Kniekontakt mit der Wand unvermeidlich ist, Abspülknopf fehlt, nur noch die Schraube vorhanden. Plastikbrille war sehr "beweglich". Im Einbettschlafzimmer ist ein großer Wasserschaden an der Decke, sieht schon leicht verschimmelt aus. In direkter Umgebung der Küchenzeile war durchgehend ein sehr intensiver muffiger, modriger Geruch, vielleicht von einem jahrealten Sammelsurium von Putz und Abwaschmitteln herrührend, Trotzdem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Superaussicht macht viel gut. Ich gehe allerdings davon aus, dass die Eigentümer in Kanada nicht über die Missstände informiert sind, denn die Kommunikation war perfekt, wir wurden z.B. aktuell über Ausfall der Ventilation und sofortige Reparaturbemühungen informiert. Aber Verbesserungen sind doch dringend erforderlich. Es wäre schade wenn dieses schöne Appartment weiter verkommen würde.

Der große Raum mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esstheke ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und wird von der Morgensonne beschienen. Die Toilette ist sehr klein. Die Dame, die uns begrüßt hat ist sehr nett. Leider war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da sie nur französisch spricht und unsere Französischkenntnisse leider nicht die Besten sind. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Auf dem täglich stattfindenden Markt in der Markthalle gibt es tollen fangfrischen Fisch.

Großartige Aussicht auf die Hafenbucht. Gute, ruhige Lage. Viele Restaurants in Laufnähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Markthalle um die Ecke) Umfängliche, moderne Ausstattung des Appartements. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Netter entgegenkommender Vermieter. Unkomplizierte, schnelle Kommunikation. Netter Empfang bei der Ankunft durch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Un séjour très agréable!!!

L.appartement est fonctionnel avec une pièce à vivre très agréable grâce à la grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le port. Si Douarnenez n'est pas très représentative de la Bretagne, la ville est idéalement située pour organiser tous les jours des excursions, promenade et découvertes sans faire trop de kilomètres. En résumé, nous avons passé de très bonne vacances!!!!

Echange cordiale avec le propriétaire. Appartement situé au 3ème étage (avec ascenseur) vue superbe sur le port de pêche, on peut visiter à pied Douarnenez, petits restaurants sympathiques. Grande salle séjour très lumineuse avec les grandes baies vitrées. Tout le confort matériel. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un beau soleil toute la semaine et avons profité de belles randonnées dans cette si belle région (pointe du Raz et du Van), sans oublier l'accueil sympathique de Mme CHEVERT. Nous conseillerons cette location.

Excellent séjour à Douarnenez !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne, lumineux, confortable, bien équipé, très bien situé, offrant une superbe vue sur le port de Douarnenez et à proximité du centre ville. Tout ce que je recherchais pour découvrir ce magnifique coin de Bretagne. C'était la première fois que je louais un appartement en bordure de mer et j'en garderai un superbe souvenir avec cette splendide vue sur la baie de Douarnenez. Je tiens à remercier le propriétaire pour ses chaleureuses attentions à notre arrivée ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli pour son amabilité et ses conseils.

Merci pour vos bien gentils commentaires ! La lumière de la Baie de Douarnenez est célèbre; plusieurs artistes la connaissent et l'ont maintes fois peinte. La vue de l'appartement en est un tableau sans cesse changeant !

Le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel et l'emplacement privilégié.

Douarnenez et ses alentours sont vraiment attrayants, les commerces à pieds, les halles et ses langoustines. .. Nous sommes venus sur le week-end 24/25/26 février sans savoir qu' il y avaitun grand carnaval et tout ce qui l'accompagne, l'ambiance est vraiment bon enfant et tout le monde sort déguisés. Seul inconvénient, le gros des festivités du samedi soir se déroule .. sur le port , au pied de l'immeuble donc , pour le calme, ce que nous étions venu chercher , on dormira mieux ce soir , même si , par chance , les chambres donnent sur coure et donc divise les nuisances par dix. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour , bien au contraire , nous avons découvert également Locronan à environ 30 minutes en voiture et avons fait une rencontre improbable à La Maison du Poète, avec un homme humble et formidable qui n'a à coeur de nous faire découvrir et partager tout ce qui fait son univers . Nous n'habitons qu' à même pas deux heures de route mais ne connaissions pas ces petits trésors bretons pourtant si proches de nous et ne pouvons que vous encouragez à en faire de même.

En effet, Douarnenez est aussi réputée pour son carnaval, c'est ce qui fait des Gras un des plus grands carnavals bretons accueillant. Les Gras de Douarnenez (c'est le nom qui est attribué à la manifestation depuis son origine), remontent à 1835. A l'origine, le mardi-gras symbolise le passage d'une période où l'on mange gras à une période où l'on mange maigre (le Carême). A Douarnenez, cette signification religieuse se double d'une signification plus locale. Pour les Douarnenistes, c'est aussi l'occasion de fêter la fin de l'hiver durant lequel les pêcheurs ont peu travaillé.
