This is a lovely house right on the beach. It gives you access to all kinds of activities and is well maintained. We are giving a good time distance between clients with double cleaning. Text us Or call.

There are few places left to enjoy beachfront living without the crowds, at a reasonable cost, with all of the comforts, as Los Barriles. It is an area likened to 'Cabo' in the romantic days. Get in touch with us at six one nine, six zero seven, nine nine two one.

Waking in the morning to the sounds and sights of the sea is very special. Casa La Polola is fully equipped and has internet access. It is uniquely situated to enjoy the beachfront views from every major living area. Whether watching a pod of dolphins swim by or roosterfish closing in on bait just off shore or whales breeching with their calves, the view is perfect. You can sit and enjoy the spacious veranda, the upstairs observation deck or have the same view comfortably seated in the great room or enjoying breakfast or snack at the kitchen bar. The house is equipped with a state of the art water system to provide sanitized water to the whole house. An extra bonus comes with reverse osmosis in the kitchen and master bath. Appliances are up to date with a special 'Advantium' microwave-convection type oven, conventional stove and dishwasher. For those of you who just need a blender for those special beverages, all small appliances are also there, even the coffee bean grinder.

The house is a Mexican experience with artefacts from all over Latin America decorating the interior. Talavera sinks in the bathrooms are a tribute to the wonderful artistic tradition of Mexico.

Close to town, there are many activities available. Besides beachcombing, there are horsebackriding, ATV rental, seasonal fishing and windsurfing, diving,(The reserve at Cabo Pulmo is world renown.) snorkeling, and even tennis to name a few. The house is equipped for your use with sea kayaks, boce ball, tennis rackets, cards, books, and horseshoes you can set up on the beach right in front of the house.

We just installed a very high speed internet connection.
There is a new smart tv, sound bar, dvd system as well.

The house is also walking distance to the new world class Pickleball resort, Tres Palapas. They have a great coffee bar and smoothies after an early morning beach walk. They have a nice restaurant and bar and special events.

The house is beautiful with stunning view of the ocean right off the back balcony. We saw 10 whales go by a day along with rays, dolphins, sea lions and tons of fish. Great snorkeling right off the back yard. The kayaks were a bonus. House is well stocked and a 1/2 mile from Tres Palapas. Easy to get to town and restaurants. We did trip a breaker and the property manager responded right away with a fix. I would 100% stay here again.

Very quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equiped. The view is perfect. Aircon in each room. The water filter was great! Saved buying bottled water. The beach is not kid friendly so if you have kids (we have young adults) it is not great. You need water shoes to get in the water. Close to some excellent restaurants and grocery stores.Unfortunately we hit a windy week so we were not able to use the kayaks. We did take advantage of the pickleball courts 800m away. We also ventured to other areas: playa pescadero and Santiago.Next time we would taxi to the house and rent an ATV to get around the area and taxi back to the airport. Lots of exploring to do if you have an ATV. Checking in and out was easy with the management company.Great value for the house.

Clean and comfortable

I have vacation rentals of my own and this property is very well represented by both the owner and the property manager. Very nice spaces, next to the water, well supplied for people like us who would rather cook than go out. We also moved up the dates and found everyone more than accommodating. Thank you!

Great place!

This is a really nice house an an excellent location. It's right on the beach, it's very quiet and a couple of miles away from town, but not far to go back to restaurants, stores etc. We had a very relaxing time there, and I am already thinking about going back!. No complaints about the house, very well kept up and nicely decorated, everything was very clean. The only thing to know, which doesn't have anything to do with the property - the beach in this area is very rocky. If you want to swim you need shoes to get into the water. Beach in town is better for swimming.

A wonderful home with a stunning view.

We stayed for 10 days in January and had the benefit of a less busy season. The days were warm (70's) and the evenings cool (60's) so we slept with the windows open and could hear the waves coming ashore. The Sea of Cortez provided ample entertainment as we watched Humpback whales, Mobula rays and dolphins leaping from the waters in the mornings. The home was very open and welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating, inside and out, and a large kitchen for plenty of people to prepare food. The propane grill was an added bonus! We would highly recommend this home.

What a Great Place

We were two couples staying in Los Barriles for a couple of weeks. This high quality house is fully equipped and spacious with lots of architectural character. The back patio is perfect for the location with lots of room, plenty of furniture, and an amazing view. The beach is around 200' deep from house wall to water with a mix of sand and rocks near the house and small smooth rocks near the water. There is a rocky bottom for the first 50' or so in the water with a few boulders to be avoided but no problem for swimming etc. if you wear booties. We are kite surfers and this beach was very usable but rocky'er than the beaches just 5-10 min drive south. The property provides two kayaks with paddles and life vests which is a lot of fun on calm days. Beach walks are great, especially north. The landscaping is very nice with lots of beautiful plants and was maintained a few times during our stay. There is a very good water filtration system in the house so tap water is perfectly good to drink. The wifi worked great. The beds are very comfortable and the master bedroom is nice and large with a big walk in closet two sinks and a wonderful tile shower. There is also a stairway to the roof which was fun to use for sunsets and sunrises. The neighborhood is very up scale and it was perfectly safe to leave items in the yard and beach. The property is gated and there is plenty of room for two cars in the driveway. It is an 8 minute drive to the center of town where there is lots to do. However the Tres Palapas Resort is an easy walk from the house and has a great restaurant, coffee bar, pickle ball courts, and bike rentals. There is very little activity on the stretch of beach by the house so the level of privacy is wonderful. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

The regional art and gorgeous textiles throughout this home are enough to make this house special even without the beach front and privacy. The house is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. It fronts on a rocky beach (not great for kite launching). The beach has only a tiny bit of 4x4 traffic (2-3 per day) compared to the constant din of vehicles on the LB beach. The beach is incredibly private, as is the property itself.

Los Barriles

La Palola is truly a beautiful home right on the beach. It was immaculate, well furnished and very comfortable. The ocean and beach were amazing, although keep in mind that some stretches of beach there are rocky. It’s right on the edge of Los Barriles, a wonderful little town with lots of excellent restaurants and access to lots of activities including kite boarding, fishing and trips to Cabo Pulmo for diving or snorkeling. The only difficulty was the dirt road leading to the house is kind of beat up after the last big rain storm. It’s very manageable, you just have to go slow navigating it. The people at Wolf Management were always accessible, very friendly and handled the check in and out process very efficiently. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Beachfront Gen!

We loved this place. The kitchen was stocked and well set up for people who like to cook. The layout of the house and porch was great. The views were great as well. Kayaks were nice and water out front was perfect for kayaking. Only slight complaint was the beach was rocky. Not big or sharp rocks, but 4-6” rounded rocks. Not dangerous but just hard to walk on without shoes. I would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable, quiet, classy and clean.

My husband and another couple stayed at this lovely property for a week. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained. There is an ample supply of great towels, hand soaps, kitchen necessities and an assortment of spices on hand. We had ideal weather with the exception of one rainy day. After reading for awhile we decided to try the TV and weren't disappointed when we looked for a movie. The DISH setup is easy to use. It's important to mention how great the beds were--not lumpy or too soft! And the two purified water faucets were much appreciated. The patio is the perfect place to sit and watch the Sea of Cortez. We spent all of our mornings outside scanning the water for dolphins, mobulas, whales and just whatever was offered that day. The view from the patio never disappointed! There didn't appear to be anyone staying at either of the neighboring houses so our week was especially peaceful and quiet. We've been to Los Barriles many times and this is one of the nicest houses we've found--great layout, lovely decor and a very sweet property management rep. (She went above and beyond to replace a light bulb in the bathroom!) All four of us highly recommend this property. It's a gem! p.s. The only suggestion we have, and this isn't a complaint, is that the owners provide four chaise lounges on the patio. Reading in such a perfect climate makes a body sleepy!

Beautiful House with a Beautiful View

The house was perfect for our family of 6. There is everything you could possibly need here and more. The back poarch over looking the ocean is breathtaking. We ate breakfast out there every morning. The house is out of town a bit but we loved the privacy. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. Its a great beach for beach combing. If you have never been to Los Barriles you will love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The owners of the house are wonderful to work with. Best vacation ever!

Home is even nicer in person than the pictures. We used the kayaks everyday and there were hundreds of fish that you could see through the clear water. Pack water shoes because there are lots of rocks to enter into the water. Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the water was warm and calm. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Location and Wonderful Floor Plan

We enjoyed this beachfront house for a week. It was a family vacation with our two boys (both over 30) and the location was great. Town was not far away but far enough to be "away from it all." We've rented other houses in Baja and as dusty as it gets there, kitchens can get a bit grungy when combined with cooking (grease). The kitchen was very clean and organized. The floor plan was perfect. The living room, kitchen and dining room is one open space and looks out to the beach. We'd stay there again.

Paradise............

Beautiful property, right on the beach. We snorkeled right in front of the house, kayaked through the manta rays, and had fishing boat pick guys up three houses down the beach at boat ramp. The drive to town was short w great restaurants every night. Kelly (quad girl) in town hooked us up with a side by side for a day which was great to get off beaten path (even though Los Barriles is off beaten path). Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms which was great for us as we had two couples. I think the I only thing missing was lounge chairs for tanning but not a complaint. We would rent house again for sure, great location, great house!!! Thank you.

It was great. Well equipped kitchen, nice amenities and very comfortable.

The property was very nice. It would have been nice to have better instructions about the TV and DVD, and sound system. It would also be nice to know when the garden people were coming. In our 3 week stay, the schedule was inconsistent and one was never sure. One day 2 men showed up, stood outside the gate and never entered. It was not the man or his helper we had seen before. We assumed they were there to assist but then the main man never came and these 2 men left. Other than this our stay was enjoyable. Wolf management people were kind and helpful. It was a great experience enjoyed by all in our party. Thank you!

So Happy With Our Choice!

We are so happy with this home. The view from the veranda is outstanding! We loved the large open kitchen that gave us a view of the sea. Since we like to cook we appreciated all the great pans and serving dishes also. When our kids came later the extra bedrooms worked out very well; they all were quite happy and comfortable with them. We also were thankful for the kayaks and paddles that were provided. My husband and I would definitely return to this lovely home and great location!

Paradise

Welcome to paradise. You couldn't ask for a more comfortable, beautiful place to stay. You can just relax and never leave the property, or you can go into town and rent bikes, SUP etc. or you can find great places to snorkel. Lots of beach to walk. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped so that you don't have to eat out. We are already talking about going back.

Just got back from a 10 d...

Just got back from a 10 day stay. We have rented many houses in the area and thought that this was a great house. Well stocked kitchen, nice house design, great location, comfortable house. Only 2 complaints, (1) there is not a horseshoe set, probably would not matter to most, but since the 2 men who came down, play on a regular basis, they were disappointed. (2) there are no beach chairs. Plenty of tables and chairs on the patio, but nothing to sit in the sun, read a book and lounge. But, bottom line, we would rent this house again.

We first fell in love with the East Cape area when my husband arranged a surprise wedding anniversary at a local resort, which happened to include his fishing gear. We so enjoyed the area, we returned a couple of years later and decided to look at property for fun. When shown the beachfront lot and the neighborhood, we made almost an instant decision and bought it. We have never regretted that choice. Now we have a lovely house, beachfront, in a naturally beautiful area. We are definitely 'water' people and we enjoy snorkeling, fishing, diving, and just plain watching the dolphin swim by.

What makes this property unique

Our house has all of the amenities that you would expect in the 'states' including internet access. When we built it, we wanted to maximize the beach and ocean views. We wanted a light and airy house with lots of windows and skylights. The veranda area is large and spacious, and we spend lots of time in the comfortable chairs there and eating outside. The nice thing is also that you don't have to be outside to enjoy the views. We bought comfortable furniture to sit inside and enjoy it also. You can walk outside down the steps and go snorkeling and swimming right in front. The kayaking is great on a glassy water day as you can see hundreds of fish as you paddle north or south. It is just a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the U.S. All in all, when we return to our home in San Diego, I am ready to go back to 'LB'.
