This beautiful guest house is located among the red rocks of Southern Utah. It is a perfect "couples get away from it all" kind of place with access to many amenities. Enjoy the resort style living, taking days for sight seeing, bike riding on the trails,hiking or just lying around the pool or going out for dinner at nearby restaurants or just "cooking in".

This lovely 1000 square foot home includes private entry, garage, pool and RV parking. Magnificent views surround the property. The home is wheelchair accessible, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, ironing board, vacuum, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens and anything you probably need to bring the utmost comfort.

This is a non-smoking home with a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available as well. For your entertainment there is a large Dish TV as well as WIFI. You will have an extra large pantry, extra large closets, a big walk-in shower with a bench, as well as access to the laundry room.

Special attractions nearby: St. George is only 8 miles away with many points of interest; Zion National Park and all it's beauty with a shuttle service taking you thru the park is only a short drive away of 37 miles (45 minutes); The Tuachon center of the Arts is only 2 miles from "home"; Kayenta Art Village in only 2 miles as well. We are within walking distance to Ivins City Center; along with Rocky Mountain University and Southern Utah Veterans Home a short 1/2 mile drive or walk, Snow Canyon Park is a short 3 mile drive where you can spend hours on trails, picnicking or ?? Gunlock Reservoir is a beautiful short 10 mile drive.
This beautiful and cozy guest home is a true vacation paradise. You will be close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Whether you choose to tour this gorgeous area or just lay by the pool or sit in the porch swing with a good book and stretch out staring at the starry sky in the quiet of your special time in the beautiful Red Rocks of Utah! Yearly Events include St.George Marathon, St. George Iron Man, Huntsman Senior Games along with the Parade of Homes. Please Note: This property is limited to Adults 21 and over only. No children allowed.

The casita is located in the host's beautiful backyard. It is private and peaceful. It has a kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom. It was cozy and warm on the rainy, cold days (so unusual for St. George!). And on the sunny days it was 1/2 block from bike trails. So easy to get to Snow Canyon! The big garage that we had access to, was great for keeping our bikes and the car.
