Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay in Ara Nova at Patrizios appartment. The communication regarding booking, arrival and all other things has been easy, and Patrizio is the perfect host. Wants to help in any way he Can! The appartment is perfect, you got everything you need. The terrace with the pool is beautiful and really all you need for the perfect vacation! The lovely bistro and gelateria downstairs makes you feel right at home and part of the neighbourhood. There is amazing food and lovely icecream and dessert. Patrizio is happy to help reserve a table if you need it. Transport to the airport can also be arranged by patrizio Our family had a wonderful vacation and is highly recommending this appartment. We look forward to come back

nice apartment, great hosts

many thanks to the hosts. We spend a great time in a awesome apartment. the hosts are verry attentiv and always helpful. The apartment ist close to the beach (15 Minuts with car). Also Roma is not so far, within 30 Minutes you can visit this nice City.

Soggiorno fantastico! L’appartamento è una vera e propria suite di lusso a 10 minuti da Roma. Abbiamo passato le giornate sulla splendida terrazza con piscina e idromassaggio. L’ alloggio è climatizzato e la terrazza gode di una ottima esposizione: è soleggiata da mattina a sera e gode di una brezza rinfrescante! Sono allestite zone d’ombra e gazebo per il pranzo. La zona cucina con frigorifero è stata un ulteriore plus. Patrizio si è preso cura di noi riservandoci taxi all’occorrenza e prenotando ottimi ristoranti per la cena. Consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto!

Beautiful apartment, great pool, helpful and friendly owner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very high spec, extremely comfortable and well furnished. The roof terrace is beautiful, great spot for sunbathing and the pool is perfect. Also a lovely shaded area with a large table for lunch. There is a coffee bar and ice cream shop right downstairs too and several restaurants within walking distance. Patrizio, the owner, was available anytime. He checked us in and out, personally explaining everything about the property. He even went out of his way to book us in to some local restaurants, making sure we got great tables. Couldn’t have asked for more from him.
