About this property

Very pleasant villa recently renovated, nestled in a very popular area of Hossegor, between lake and sea and in a very quiet street. Very close sea or lake side cycle paths.

Villa for 8 people with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, it has a large living room with an American kitchen and large bay windows overlooking each side of the house.

2 large wooden terraces, one under the glass roof, allow you to spend pleasant moments whatever the weather.

Heated swimming pool (9X5m) at the back of the house, not overlooked and with good sun exposure. Large trampoline, ping-pong table.

Beautiful wooded and closed plot of 1500 m2 without noise pollution.

Maison très agréable à vivre

Emplacement parfait entre mer et lac. On laisse la voiture et tout se fait à pieds ou à vélo, même les courses ! En effet vélos à disposition. Maison très bien agencée, belle piscine ensoleillée et pour fin d'après-midi belle terrasse devant la maison pour profiter des derniers rayons du soleil. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances !

Perfect family house in perfect location

We are a young family in our 30's with two young children aged 3 and 6 months. My Mother in Law also came along for part of the trip and we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a house with nicely enclosed gardens in a very quiet location that is both very close to the beach and very close to the lake. It is the perfect family house with everything that you could require being provided. The owners were very friendly and were easy to contact when required before and during our stay (also spoke very good English). They seemed like a lovely relaxed family that will look after you if there are any issues that is for certain! With a 3 year old daughter the pool, trampoline and swing in the gardens were all brilliant for the days that we wanted to stay at the house. Our 6 month old loved chilling on the Jumbo Bean Bags there too! The open plan, kitchen, dining and living area is perfect and was nice and cool on the hot days . Being a surfer and being able to run across the road and sand dune to check the waves so easily was a big plus and also worked well with sand castle making duties!! We stay in the Hossegor area every year and this will definitely be a trip to remember. Thanks Elodie and Jaque for looking after us!
